Yes it is.
Whether someone like the DR or not, one thing we can not take away from her is her love for her country and this is a good thing... I see way too many people (mainly from Africa and the caribbean) who has nothing but bad thing to say about their countries and praising the US, Canada or Europe even when (and for the most part is always) they are miserable, they will make people back home believe they are living they perfect life. This is one of the main reason why I love this channel

I love Las Terrenas! Beautiful mural lined streets, safe, and walkable city. We stayed at an Air BnB in Puerto Plaza and Takuma Boutik Hotel. Our favorite restaurant was Le Tre Caravelle. They have delicious seafood and live bands. XO Las Terrenas, Punta Italia, and La Paneria restaurants were good too. I miss walking along Playa Bonita. Excellent location for the new property. Will they be condos or homes?

Would invest in that project (silver beach) or any other project in las terrenas. the location of that project appears strategic. You don’t have to get into the busy street of las terrenas to get to the project.

IKea, Plaza Lama, Unidos, Casa Cuesta, etc. There are many places to buy furniture. All depends on your budget.

There a lot of good places to live here in the country. It really depends on what you are looking for. Question should be what type of business interest you and would that business work here.
