Frankly speaking .. I am all in tears after watching every episode of your...so in-depth study of lives in the mountains. They are more like books in video format , giving so much insight . Great work..hats off.
Thanks again Saravana. What a humbling experience it is to watch this. So much to be thankful for in life. Words fail me. This is perfection at its finest.
What a work ! Hats off and am really sad that this channel seems to be underrated but am sure one day this channel will hit 10M for sure . Wish you all the very best .
I have always admired their way of life. Free from the distractions of materialism, pressure of the society and pretentious life /people. They just live with andthrough the simplicity of life. This is a true example of what life really is and iam thankful that you share this true gem to the world. So many People need to see this and understand that it takes no material wealth to live joyfully. Namaste.
You are welcome Louise. Sadly most people equate the lack of material things to poverty. So they will never be free from the cages that they built for themselves.
Incredible work, I went to Kye Monastery in Spiti and I observed their life closely, these monks are so cheerful. I request all to take something for the monks whenever you will be visiting any Monastery. I took cricket bats and balls for them and trust me the joy on their faces will make you so much happier and probably emotional.
This documentary is unique in its own way! The story which is being told from the background offers an impeccable impact to the viewers! We, the viewers are sometimes stuck in a awe with our mouths opened! Really a stunning endeavour! Take a bow!
One of the most beautiful documentary I have ever seen mainly because of the, I am at loss of words, I mean just seeing them having fun with the most difficult work, YOU HAVE COUGHT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS IN THEIR DIFFICULT LIFE, salute to you. Even if you don’t agree to most of the things they live by, you can’t help but to love them, BLESSINGS OF DIFFERENT TYPE. Who knows what happiness is.
You are doing another level of hard work to register their culture and life. Lots of challenges. There is nothing wrong to say this “You are the Ambassador of Ladakh Culture and Tourism”
I have watched all your vedios and one thing I must say ..... I completely and humbly appreciate your persistance, presieverance and patience for you world . And those smile and happiness on dwellers face oppress the hardword and fatigue they bear.... Always loved you work and waiting for other parts......🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Crystal clear water , the brilliant snow against the red costumes. The monks' slow manual hard labour is a display of strong faith and discipline . Watching from BOTSWANA, SOUTHERN AFRICA. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS .THANK YOU FOR YOUR FOOTAGES .🥰💚💚
These monks n their monastery the phuktor is fabulous the cave of liberation above it n the 3 original yogis who all activated energy body n siddhis n flew from the cave !!! Just like milarepa. Such a happy people dispite many hardships. Kiaora for yr videos n stories i eagerly await each new one but i enjoy them all many many times . U r genius my friend pls continue. When my kids tell me how to i will happily donate thru patreon unless someone can tell me how to do it easily.
Pure dedication, enthusiasm and hardwork is seen your videos. It's hard to believe one man can make many things if he loves his job! Apart from all your soothing narration is value addition to all your videos. You speak your heart, we feel your experiences in your voice. Keep up the good work, sometimes world takes much time to see your beautiful work. But one day is not very far👍👍
Thanks so much Sridhar. The reward is in these experiences I have with such wonderful people. Not in the number of views and subscribers these videos get. Ofcourse I wont complain if these videos get a lot of views, but it is not my primary goal.
Loved it at 9:28 when Lama talking about Yagur village, and the shot is from Yagur village to the monastery. You just perfectly kept it there. Also, the top view at 4:32. As always informative video. Wonderful :)
Just so Beautiful, amazing prestine nature and its Monks & people.Unique location of the Monastery makes it so special. Thanks for bringing out series of amazing videos one after the another. You are so Unique.Stay healthy and Fit.
This channel deserves a million subs at least. Fonud this channel recently after the frostbite video and have been binging on it since!! One-of-a-kind content. Also, amazing production value!!
Sir last video I commented we are 200 km away from zanskar ...we reached padum on budh pournima and seen rituals in Sani monestry although I personally started my zanskar trip for pukthar monestry I later known about how much distance we need to go like from zangla it will take roughly 3 hours and 3 hours Trek from their so due to poor guides we took those guys doesn't have knowledge or intrest in pukthar monestry we pressurized them but they scared us ..it won't possible for u to Trek ..if this video arrived earlier I would taken that extra risk..we choose wrong persons as guide .. sir I hope I will reach pukthar one day..long story short reaching podum made us eternity especially as a south indian lots of respect u don't know how u survived in winter.. really proud of ur work sir one day will meet u soon ..
Every frame is pure art itself. A feast for the brain, the eyes, our senses. Your videos are a special legacy to the world. It seems incredible they weren't filmed and written by a full crew
Great work Sravan, it’s not easy for people to understand how much trouble these monks go through. We people in cities take lots of things for granted even for basic necessities. Everyone will know about their lives only when they get out their comfort zone Keep up all good work SK !!
Perhaps the isolation of the monastery and the area is its uniqueness. A road bringing more traffic in to the area and to the monastery would surely change that. At the same time they too deserve to have an easier life that some modernity would bring. Thank you for all the recent wonderful videos. Stay well & safe.🌸
Thank you Sue. I absolutely agree as well. Things would change a lot once the road reaches the monastery. But the Lamas are really looking forward to it. It will bring a lot of monetary benefits to the monastery.
Perhaps they will also get more student monks from other areas if the road was better. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for you to leave behind your three S’s to return back home. Are you near Tiruvannamalai? I would love to see a video from you around Arunachala, Tiru and surrounds.
Thank you for showing such a beautiful monastery with beautiful monks. I am shocked that there is still such place exist. There is no youtuber like you and 🙏🙏🙏 you.
I once wanted to become a Buddhist monk when I was younger. Never pursued it out of reason best known to my Creator . But through your documentaries I can somehow imagine the life I might have lived. These monks are beautiful, inside and out. Thank you for this .
Watching these videos made on phutkhar monestary is so relaxing.. It feels like watching another world.. Breathtaking natural beauties ;simple and joyful life of the lamas...everything is so extraordinary.. I am glad i found this channel..
I wish I knew about your project when you started. But I am catching up with you and watching all your episodes. Man you taught me, so much I didn't even knew how little I know thank you and you make me want to come to India.
Appreciate you hard work too brother, may god bless you with everything. Its always a deep satisfaction to watch your videos... You are doing that extreme, anyone couldn't have dream of it. A grand salute to you🙏🙏🇮🇳
Very interesting documentary, these monks are really free from suffering of attachments, they live in the present, should be an example for us to bring even only a little drop of this liberation to our 'modern' lifes, namaskaram from Europe.
Wow this is a beautiful place with people of purity and clean heart. It’s sad to see that they have to struggle through so much to transport basic necessity and we people living in cities take life for granted .
Frankly speaking .. I am all in tears after watching every episode of your...so in-depth study of lives in the mountains. They are more like books in video format , giving so much insight .
Great work..hats off.
