    When I started to get up early at 4:30 and Started brisks walking for 30 mins daily, I got tremendous changes and improvement with my Anexity.. I feel more energetic . No Fatigue. Fully concentrate . Get my sleep back.and more Happy before my previous life. Cured 80% .

    पूरा वीडियो देखने के बाद एक चीज़ समझ मे आयी है कि walking करते है तो अच्छी बात है, अगर नही करते है तो चालू कर दो, नही तो जिन बीमारियों के नाम नही सुने थे उनसे रिस्तेदारी हो जायेगी।

    Bahut Dino se aapka ye video aage dekne ke lie tal deta tha ki aap aadha ghante pakaoge paidal chalne ke upar. Aaj himmat karke dekha. Khaskar mere lie bahut jaruri aur faydemand he. Muje diabetes/cholestrol/BP aur mental problems he. Mai physical fitness bhi chants hu par gym planning ki bad sochke rah jata tha........ab 10-12 hajar kadam daily tak pahuchane ke bad hi fir comment Karunga. Thanks!

    Yesterday I walk 9.9 km (13574 steps in a day) after that yesterday sleep was 3 hours of deep sleep. Amazing just by walking 2 hours my deep sleep increases 😍😍

    I wake up at 4am do my prayers then walk towards the park I walk barefoot on the grass spend time with birds and animals walk then exercise. Come home have breakfast and start the day. I use to suffer from anxiety and PTSD anxiety is gone working on PTSD.

    I watched this video and I learned one new thing about how muscles will become iron with walking and nerves will steel with walking and mind of thunderbolt.
    Simple rule : We can able to do its long practice and long practice will increase the quantity of glycogen and increase the quantity of mitochondria cell which releases enregy from food. So, your cell become the powerhouse of energy.

    I'm 60 years old & doing walking approx 5km -7km day mor.45mnts ev 45-50mints since28 years but I'm suffering from 82kg wt ,fatty liver,enlarge spleen, bp,constipation,decreased platlate,pain in toes, but now I'm better.,I can't walk properly in winter season, perhaps all illness is not walking. Walking is good medicine i feel.Many thanks for very good information.

    I am walking 6 to 8 K.M. Per day at morning timing 80 to 90 minute 6AM to 7.30 AM.
