    Kindly clarify my two questions....1) there are some doctors/nutritionist/dietician advocate that walking can be done either morning or evening and also post meals...so there is a contradiction in what you are advising and what some other medical professionals advise...2) how can I find out if my prakrti is vaat, pitta or vaayu? Thanks.

    lambi doori ki paidal chaal sikhane ke liye koi acedmy batayen, vaise mai 30 se 35 km roz chalta hun. lekin mera gaol 5000 km 50 days me poora karne ka hai , so plz halp

    dr pl let me know i work in the night shift n reach home at 3 am.then sleep till 9 am n then get up n go at 9 45 am or 10 am n go for walking 45 minutes. is it ok. pl inf

    Agr mujhe garmi jyada lagti hai jese ki aapne kaha kisi ko pitt yani garmi jyada hoti hai

      मिट्टी से अर्थिंग मिलेगा।
      वह भी जो जमीन की मिट्टी हो, ऐसा नहीं कि छत पर 2 इंच मोटी मिट्टी हो

      Hoga. Bhedbhaad va traffic ke dusty atmosphere va accident se bache. Dinbhar busy rahanese body ko warm up karanekee zarurat nahee padati. Jinako samay nahee milata hai, yaa beemar hai to unake liye sahee hai.
