Kindly clarify my two questions....1) there are some doctors/nutritionist/dietician advocate that walking can be done either morning or evening and also post meals...so there is a contradiction in what you are advising and what some other medical professionals advise...2) how can I find out if my prakrti is vaat, pitta or vaayu?
