I use Murphys oil to soak my brushes to remove all hardened reside. Works fabulous. I had brushes that were dried solid for 2 years. I soaked the in Murphys oil soap and they are new and soft. Best discovery ever... love and so appreciate your tutorials its because of you I ventured into to work of mixed media....what a Joy 💚💜💙
I came here to share the Murphy's oil soap too. I takes the hardest of brushes and completely softens them in as little as 10 minutes! I just use a small amount straight in a disposable cup. After softened rinse really well with water. This is such a game changer for brushes.

It is very informative video 👍 thanks for sharing 😘 by the way try using hair conditioner to clean brushes and make them soft again 😀 it works great just leave the brushes for few minutes or more depending on the condition of the brushes in a mixture of hair conditioner and water
