    Japanese ramen has its own characteristics in each region, and each region is unique and delicious. However, I didn't know that there were so many steps.

    The first work is a start from a work that is typical of Nori.
    Ramen has a fast-food feel, but there are many different processes involved, and I was able to learn about the depth of the process.
