    I will try these recipe thanks , l just purchased a home made lemon pound cake the other day, but yours with the lemon zest, juice, and abstract seem like it will be tastier, again thanks!!!

    I enjoyed your video. It was a good tutorial with good practical cooking information. You should make more videos. You’ll do well. Your approach is very organic. I made this cake last night, Christmas Eve 2020. It came out very good. I learned that taking that extra time really makes the batter. And yes you’re so right, I do need to get a new pan like you showed. Also my daughter loves her hair color.

    Hi i would also like to know when you start out mixing your butter sugar and cream cheese what number do you put on your mixer because im not getting that part at all yours looks beautiful

    After butter on cake pan, add the flour, throw sarap to cover and shake the flour around

    Do you start it in a cold oven. I lost my mother’s recipe books in a move. Some of those books are 50 years old. I was looking for this exact recipe ☺️

    Did you use all purpose flour and no baking powder?

      Correct. No baking powder and I used AP flour.

    Hi i was hoping someone on here can let me knownwhy my cakes keep coming out heavy and dry i dont knownhow many times I've tried but im not giving up helppppppp

      It sounds like you are not creaming your Butter and Sugar long enough , cream them for about 12 minutes or until the Sugar is silent when you scrape down the bowl .

      @@eljskitchen hey thank you i did my cake again today my batter was thin its in the oven now i would love to zoom with you but i dont know how to set up for it sorry. Im really trying im just wondering what i keep doin wrong i try just about everyday no luck but im not giving up but you do a wonderful job i look at your video alot but i still fail pray for me loll

    Think it's a third cup of lemon juice instead of zest.

      I use 1/3 cup of lemon zest and 1/4 cup Lemon juice.

      I was just about to ask if you used lemon juice because in your your list of ingredients it says lemon zest twice. Thank you for clearing this up.
