Ive been doing plyometrics for a while now so 4 sets of 6-8 reps is good enough

@@swissihandyacc2560 yeah 6-8 reps are sufficient enough to give you the boost you want and you are gonna get better results in just around 5-6 weeks.
How many seconds and how many sets
3 sets x 3 reps on each leg is good for most. With extensive plyos 2 sets x 10-20 seconds.
