I was a Firefighter for 8 years, and every fire I ever saw, started with a tiny spark! You are on fire my brother, and making your dreams into realities, is inspiring so many others, to do the same! God bless you, my brother! YOU ROCK! 😎👍🏻🔨🔥🗡️
Hell yeah Bob!! Thanks brother!!
Teasing this forge to the max. So mean!
🤠🤠🤠 Coming soon! 🤙🏻
Seen a lot being built, your design is the most functional, Da Vinci in fabrication. I built your grinder from the plans, it's industrial. Cheers from Down Under
Thank you Fred!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
These are the best forge doors I've seen, there are lots of ingenious doors with footpedals cables and wheels and fancy slides but sometimes simple is most effective.
Agreed. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Pretty slick design sir
Thanks James! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
🤜🏻💥🤛🏻
🇬🇧🙏🏻🇺🇸
Awesome idea on the forge doors!! One of the many reasons i love this channel
Thanks brother! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I totally LOL when you turned on the vibratory motor. I think the vib table is gonna work well.
I laughed so hard. It really cranks. 🚀🤠
@@HouseMadeUS well it looks like your vib motor has some ass behind it so that's good. :)
@@HouseMadeUS I looked at the same or similar unit on amazon to use for my blast cabinet........turns out I was able to get the skat blast vibrating unit going again on my cabinet, but the one you have seems easy to get and it comes in different sizes. Great videos! I haven't tried forging yet, but I recently got my great great grandfather's anvil. With body issues, that hydraulic forging press looks like the ticket, but I need to focus on getting my powder coating to a better quality........my Revolution grinder is in the raw just waiting for the colors (already on hand) I will powder coat it with.
Totally inspiring, Brian!!! I agree with Bob Gore on all accounts!!! Keep the great content coming.
Thank you so much!
Clever setup.
Thanks my man! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Very beautiful design. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Forge On. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Jared! I appreciate you brother. 🙏🏼
Hey Brian, if you have the time please do a review on the Fireball Table. I have 1 Lg. & 2 Sm. tables as well as all of the stuff to go with it on my TO ORDER LIST when we get settled in our new home. It sure would be great to hear an honest opinion from someone else I trust. I think Jason from Fireball & his tools are phenomenal!
Will do, it's patiently waiting to be opened in my warehouse.
Great work again Brian
Thank you Jarod! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great Ideals!
Thank you so much!
Seems like the rear door of the forge is one piece so it wouldn't be able to open as wide as the front. It would be nice if there was an option to be able to have the same two-piece setup on both front and rear of the forge so if I'm regularly working on longer and wider pieces I'll have the ability to use the full width of the forge, but I can still close it up for working with smaller pieces. I really like the design though
Good point. We can make that an option to have 4 1/2 doors instead of 2 1/2 doors and a full rear door.
Such a good idea
Thanks Jonathan! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Brian…… m-a-a-a-te …..
You are bloody inspirational 👏👏👏
Keep up the invention/innovation/development…. because it seems that is your path.
Thanks for making these great vids.
Regards
Robert,
Sydney, Australia
Thank you brother! Cheers from sunny Florida. 🤙🏻
Brian, as always, I love the innovation! Great work, and continued success to you!
Thank you so much dude!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
The first time I saw your forge doors, I'd copy them
My forge is almost done, and I started it months back. I've haven't seen yours until now. Yours is much like mine, and ours isn't like others
I've cast A Lite also and 2 inches wool on the rest, but 2
5 inches wool on top
I've mounted my ribbon burner, I pointing upwards for circulation.
Such a simple and practical design! Love it
Thank you Grant!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I respect your mad skills, and LOVE your passion for what you do.
Thank you Henry! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Never ceasing to amaze, Brian! This is incredible!
Thank you Bobby! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
When Brian (spelled correctly) opens a door, Prometheus mixes up some refactory...
Haha! Yes! 😂😂😂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thats great
Thank you! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
This looks like my forge that almost completely done
I am copying your doors
Looks great
I put my ribbon burner pointing Upwards to circulation of heating
What’s that large touch screen? So cool
It's a big Dell touch screen. Gonna mount it vertically next I think. More uses that way
What about a rounded top inside the forge so the heat ‘swirls’ - maybe I missed that… was it considered? The Apollo seems to reach forge welding temps without that design feature and I’m sure it’s easier to make square it off… Just curious if it wouldn’t maybe distribute the heat more evenly…?
Love the doors!
Actually I was quite surprised when I saw the swirls with the square interior. The reason why I went away from the rounded ceiling is because that would have to be poured. With this design you just lay the bricks inside and on top and there's nothing to pour or let cure. Thanks for watching and supporting my work!
Are the barn doors available on your site? I dont see them as an option and also is the helios Duel burner side panels and option as well???
The barn doors were a failure. They warped heavily and self destructed. I am currently working on the plans for the Helios.
Thank you I look forward to the helios Plans@@HouseMadeUS
Good morning bro, quick question: when you say 20% by weight does this mean 20% castolite to 80% water by weight? For example, 20g castolite to 80g water? I make sourdough using weight rather than volume in this manner, so I'm assuming that's what you mean, but, as the venerable great Benny Hill so eloquently illustrated long ago on late night television, we all know that to assume makes an "ASS out of U and ME!" I dig how you your lighting bolts light up when the forge is lit, nice touch. I want to do something of the sort when I design and fabricate mine. I'll be heading down to my shop soon to pick up where I left off... happy Saturday!
It's the other way around, 20% water ! Happy Saturday too! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
@@HouseMadeUS thanks Brian, you rock \m/
Fuckin A Brian, can't wait for the foundry series to start.. my son says he has a gallon jug of gold ore. He seem to think there's $30,000 of gold in it, and I need to smelt it out.
Ahhh good!! That's next on my list.
number 1???
☝🏼
my forge has doors thats go, up and down with pulleys. there hangs a counterweight, on a Bikechain and thats much easeyr and better than this
When I design things I try to think about ease of build, cost and function. A balance / compromise must be reached.
@@HouseMadeUS My doors are not more complex to build than yours. They go faster to open and close
