      I don’t really use them to trade off of, I just like them to confirm the trend.
      I prefer to identify buy/sell zones and enter/exit there.

      He already told you that in many previous videos. Basically watch out for high volume spikes, use a combination of volume price analysis, Vwap and daily pivot points. I use this now I so far I only lost 2/5. It's most successful strategy.

    Moving averages work best if you stack different ones on top... like a 21, 51, and 200 are a good stack. these are also more or less "confirmation" indicators, and should not be used by themselves to try to find entry or exit points. But I rarely use them anymore because a VSA and some pivot points usually tell you more information with less mess.

    9:57, despite lower volume when breaking MA, but it did break the previous Lower high with volume.
    Didn’t this indicate a bullish reversal before reaching the MA line?

    I find stocks hard to trade, because I don't understand what drives their prices... I see it's price action too choppy.. full of gapping.
    But I think I finally figured a way to trade it, I am going to observe it for 2 weeks with this MA strategy and fine tune the strategies to what works for me.
    I have a gut feeling this MA shown to me can actually help me finally trade the stocks.
    I am going to observe them and play with them for a week or so since I have the skeleton I needed. Thanks a lot mentor.
    Without you it's hard to find my way

    I kind of think the beauty of this channel, it just doesn't feed you copy paste strategies without understanding the reasons... No .. the reasons for every movement occuring is well explained. This approach to trading really helped me have a deep understanding of the markets. I don't know how to explain it, but his teaching methods is the best.

    Would love to see you do a video on a real leading indicator -- GEX, gamma exposure and option order flow. Indicators are almost useless on their own. HA candles to visualize trend, levels and GEX/Dark pool levels when trading the equity indices is all you need. Also finding ways to establish/predict whether market is in a reverse to the mean vs. trending mode is critical.

      The EMA and TF are not important. The technique is! You can use 200 EMA on gold on M30, but 100 SMA on EURJPY on M5. You have to backtest and decide them yourself!

    If I have 20 POUND ACCOUNT, I TRADE ZAR/$,.... 1:1000, it can take max, 0.1 ... if I accidentally pressed 0.5, should the broker have opened the trade blowing my account?

    • @TheSecretMindset
      @TheSecretMindset  10 місяців тому

      Most platform would NOT allow the trade to execute, due to insufficient margin.

    • @etienne7774
      @etienne7774 10 місяців тому

      Yes, the 1:1000 limits you to how big a trade you can place. With 1:1000, .... 0.1 would be R140 from my R413 account.

    I think we use MA’s the wrong way.. I’m pretty sure MA’s are used by those controlling the movements, but in the way we think… And I’m pretty sure they use ONE MA… Im equally interested in where we are outside the MA, as if we tap it/cross it… Purely looking at crosses won’t work, they push price in a way that purely crosses won’t work…
