The show would be a better option if you want to understand the story of the show, the songs, as wonderful they are, are just giving you glimpse of the story and not the full context.
Stolas actually isn't the main character, he is the love interest of the main character whose name is Blitz. You didn't really get to see Blitz in any of these songs, though.
@@renatoramos8834”You didn’t really get to see” isn’t the same as “You didn’t see”. One means glimpses but not the focus, the other is an absolute state.
Blitz is can be seen at two points. The first is when he shoots the groupie off Fizz with the sniper rifle, and the second is at the very end of “Klown Bitch” when Fizz pushes past him and runs off in tears. It’s kind of amazing how little singing time Blitz gets compared to several secondary and tertiary characters throughout the series. He does get to sing in a couple of songs, but usually it’s someone else flexing their pipes.
I would call Stolas and Fizz main recurring side characters important to some of the stories told in this series. Not as seen as the main characters, but no less significant either.
I LOVED "Two Minutes' Notice". Fizzeroli isn't just a clown, he's the whole damn circus. And there have been a few shitty jobs I would have sung that about. :D "Klown Bitch" was good, but almost a side note in that episode (S2E7). There's an even more bittersweet, haunting tune that they just released, titled "Look My Way" (Stolas's lament). He just wants love, especially after his awful arranged marriage resulted in divorce, and Blitz is the only one he's ever found real passion and love with. He realizes, though. that as much as it hurts him, the mutual relationship with Blitz may soon end.
"Klown Bitch" instantly became one of my currently new favorite Helluva Boss songs, Just as Glitz and Glam instantly became two of my new favorite characters! They are hot, Sassy and damn can they sing!
SAME. People say they're bitches but like honestly?? They're girl bosses. Can you imagine them working on their act for years in order to finally go up against the champion of TEN YEARS? They were in it to win it, you gotta respect that lol
@@PrismOpal64 So true, But you know since Fizz quit being Mammon's mascot, It could be that offscreen Glitz and Glam were named winners of the contest by forfait.
If you do plan on actually watching this series I recommend not checking out any more of the songs as they are a part of each episode and thus spoilers. The song "look this way" and Hazbin Hotel's "addict" are the only 2 songs not actually in an episode but separate, though I do still consider them spoilers. Well the second and third song in this video are important I wouldn't consider them heavy spoilers, but the first is kind of the main plot point of that episode so may dampen the experience. However if you don't care about being spoiled then "Cotton candy", "Monster ball", and "Stolas sings" are great songs. By the way Stolas and the Imp named Fizz are not main characters but important reoccurring characters and the twins are new, well the main characters are Imps named Blitz (The main character and Stolas's lover), Moxxie & Millie (Married couple that works for Blitz) with the hellhound loona (Blitz's adopted daughter) and they don't show off in many songs.
I recomend the helluva boss song house of asmodeus, its sung by fizzarolli who sung 2 minutes notice, and asmodeus the sin of lust himself. Also the clown fizz was singing about is Mammon, the sin of green and the ruler of that ring.
There are so many good songs to pick from both seasons of Helluva boss that it be hard to pick 😅 but I shall offer my personal favorite ones, you can take them as a grain of salt: I.M.P Jingle Welcome to Bonetown Oh Millie House of Asmodeus Cotton Candy Look At This Monster’s Ball
I watched the "Queen Bee" episode, and had that damn "Cotton Candy" song stuck in my head all day. :D I got a kick out of "Oh Millie". Right at the end, as they're about to kiss, Moxxie turns around and sees Blitz at the window with a camera..."ARE YOU FUCKING FILMING US RIGHT NOW?!" 😄
@@bluecollarcanuck that ending got me cracked up as well 😂 as I remember in the pilot. It blew people’s mind to hear the voice actor of Invader Zim and Billy cursing on a show
I actually rewatched the episode with Glitz and Glam today. I really love the songs and animations are so good. And Klown B is also one of my favorite songs. I also love Glitz and Glam’s character designs.
Just a little context... There are deadly sins... Mammon: Greed ( big clown dude_ Asmodeus: Lust. (flaming head guy) Leviathan: Envy (haven't met) Beelzebub: Gluttony (queen b of gluttony) Belphegor: Sloth.(never met but wouldn't let b steal her drugs) Lucifer: Pride (Met) Satan: Wrath (haven't met but Queen B thinks he's hot) This song was Vis uitting working for Mammon, and staying with Asmodeus.
Just Look My Way, sung by Stolas, written and sung by a fan a few years ago. The fan was approached by Spindlehorse to tweek the lyrics to represent the latest lore in the story, which the fan did, working with the show's creator. The fan is credited in the music video as the writer and sound designer. Of course, Bryce, Stolas' VA, does a stunning and heart-wrenching version of the lyrics and the animation is absolutely incredible. Wait until you see the water!
Stolus is a Goetia, an arch demon, and possessor of the book Ars Goetia, Stolas is a prince of hell, and his family are nobility, though none are crown princes.
The fact this guy was hearing in the same day "F u,you can find me in the sky,let me scratch that dirty itch" Is just wildly confusing for someone who's trying to get what the show's about...
1:32 wait wait what 4:40 oh, now you're going to think he's talking about-- oop 6:38 heh just saw them two songs ago (and I'm curious about thinking they're main characters) - though I guess it's because they got songs (and mlp kinda did that, at least in the songs I listened to in your earlier reactions)
There arent actually any main characters in any of these songs surprisingly. Probably because the main cast only has songs that give away too much plot.
Songs to react to: House of Osmodius, Monster’s Ball, Cotton Candy, Stolas Sings, A good song to get to know the main character blitz is Moxxie’s Bad Trip (the full version). But that may be one song you would wanna wait to see in the actual episode since it’s got a lot of character development in it.
@@SamuryeJack ‘Oh Millie’ which got a separate music video after being the ending credit song in the now non canon pilot episode of Hellava Boss, and ‘Addict’ which is a stand alone music video like ‘Just look my way’ but is for the sister show but set in the same world. All the other songs are in the show and the show is pretty short and many of the song are very connected to the narrative of each episodes story, so there really isn’t a point if you watch them all before watching the show.

100% The series. A lot of the songs are within the episodes, and have significant lore related references.

I'd say the series, personally
