In case you want some useful talismans you could go with dragoncrest greatshield, golden braid, maybe lord of blood exultation and... Maybe two-headed turtle, at least I would go for that combination with this build
@@blue_088 This is just what I think could work, in case you're encumbered swap the turtle talisman with the great-jar arsenal, you could try 50 Vigor / 20 Mind / 50 endurance / 50 strength / 15 dex / no points on int nor faith / 36 arcane (in case you go with the great jar you can go with less endurance, in case you have more points to spend put them in arcane for the bleed)
Theres a reason that patches the hyena/rat hides behind a great shield and pokes from behind it with a spear ever since demon souls - he's a coward. Cheese starts have been around since demon souls, so have I, but it goes against the very philosophy of these games. Overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles through repetition and learning from your mistakes. This is such a great fight and methods like this simply ruin it. I appreciate the poster saying that this is a last resort method because it really is. The easiest way I found to beat him without any sort of cheese is to parry him and use a mesricorde dagger with Crit/bleed talismans. He's probably the easiest boss to parry in the entire game, top 5 100%, and it's still an entertaining fight.
While the Fingerprint shield is good, if you get the Black Knight Greatshield, once almost fully leveled, it boasts 100% Holy negation. Good for the Second Phase imo.
@@aaronduran4761 Oh, did it get nerfed a bit? I swear it was 100% once maxed. But maybe that was also because of using the Pearl Shield Talisman and Marika's Braid...

This fight is cool but horseshit the amount times he'd perfectly time an attack while i was stuck in a animation mad that very horrible 2 and half hours ngl but i still like the whole lore and environment of the fight.
Funny enough Blood infusion on the naginata doesn't stack so it will cause more bleed if you make it occult and spec 35 arcane. The rule of thumb is occult is for weapons with natural poison/ bleed and Blood is for weapons without it.
Mine was copying the let me tank him build, veridigris armor and shield, antspur with blood echancement and seppuku, common tank stat, all dmg negation talisman (braid, pearl, greatshield, and the other one for physical) just go in, shield poke, enemy ded. I just killed him and felt a bit disgusted honestly... I tried using my dex build for like 3 hours learning his move with no luck. I won using the tank build in 1 try... Fml

Took me a few tries to survive the holy meteor, but finally did it.
Yet, I don't really think shield poking is cheesing. Given that it was there since Demon Souls, I would say it is a perfectly legit strategy to use.
I beat radahn first try using a variation of this build lol
The Bloody helice works too.
I beat him 2 handing a reduvia massive bleed when you use the weapon art and try to hit with the dagger at same time
Oh milady, become my blade once more 🙂↕️🤚 (best dlc weapon)
Question I buy Elden ring beat the game those two bosses then I buy Elden ring shadow to enter the DLC
I use this build when helping others but both times on my own I refuse to do this
I had to pull out the cheese for bayle too dawg… his hit box is so fucking stupid and unfair. Bless poison mist
suppose it makes sense usign mohgs weapon against him as his body
Radhan's first phase is a joke compared to his second phase hence, I start poking him WITH A HAIL OF HARPOONS.
Reduvia for the win. You dont need a shield, just fast roll and a lot of luck
I hope they don't nerf him because of some people that cry because of the difficulty
He’s hard for all the wrong reasons
@@fearz792or maybe it’s made for veterans of the series and not you. Most fun I’ve had with a boss since my first souls game 😊
What armor is that u have on? That is so cool looking.
Solitude set
You can get that armor really quick, it's a 2 minute walk from the start of the dlc
@@AustinAMV And need to defeat a Mini boss. Humanoid though, so it is quite easy
Black Gaol knight in the first nameless mausoleum east to Moorth ruins site of grace.
Wow that looks super fun, nice 40 € on the dlc to stand still and brainlessly hit L1 and R1
I mean you could put the full build details in a screen shot link but thanks
In case you want some useful talismans you could go with dragoncrest greatshield, golden braid, maybe lord of blood exultation and... Maybe two-headed turtle, at least I would go for that combination with this build
@@megusolomegu top g. Thanks
@@megusolomegu can u say the stats too for it? i am tired of this freaking bs boss
@@megusolomegu thnx man
Beat him with just the fingerprint shield, ash of war shield crash
Trust me don't rob yourself of this fight. It's such a good fight you can do it
Theres a reason that patches the hyena/rat hides behind a great shield and pokes from behind it with a spear ever since demon souls - he's a coward.
We need a radahn weapon build
Worked for me. What were your stats
I wish I saw this before I spend 3 hours of boxing him with my mimic but aye mission accomplished
I used the scholar shield and ant spur rapier😅
There are more powerful builds to beat Radahn but they're most likely going to be nerfed, this method might not get nerfed
What's that armor? Looks sick I want ittt
While the Fingerprint shield is good, if you get the Black Knight Greatshield, once almost fully leveled, it boasts 100% Holy negation. Good for the Second Phase imo.
If you mean the black steel greatshield it has 84% once maxed out
@@aaronduran4761 Oh, did it get nerfed a bit? I swear it was 100% once maxed. But maybe that was also because of using the Pearl Shield Talisman and Marika's Braid...
@@EtGemitusMortisno you were correct used this method myself
So, how was the last Elden Lord really like??
He poked.
i didnt know fighting him head on with shield consider cheese
bro just get the bloodfiend arm with endure and spam that shit with r2 lmao
spear and shield is always cheese build in my book
I used +25 naginata with blood bloss and the tear for dmg negation and one for faster stamina regen plus new +3 dragoncrest talisman and the one for physical negation erdtree seal and one (i forget) everyone always pairs with godfrey icon for comet build.
What’s the talisman??
This boss fight was made for shield and spear 😂
Mine was copying the let me tank him build, veridigris armor and shield, antspur with blood echancement and seppuku, common tank stat, all dmg negation talisman (braid, pearl, greatshield, and the other one for physical) just go in, shield poke, enemy ded. I just killed him and felt a bit disgusted honestly... I tried using my dex build for like 3 hours learning his move with no luck. I won using the tank build in 1 try... Fml
Fighting him on ng1 sucks man
imma have to cheese him bcs his blinding light attack tanked my fps to like...20fps 😂😂
tbf i have dookie cpu tho...Ryzen 5 2600
It's a really good strat, but at that point just use the mimic tear, at least the mimic tear can die and it doesn't guarantees your victory, even if it's 200% easier that way
Mimic tear does not make this fight as easy as you think it does...
Ah what ?
@@kaloyaxeusit doesn’t make it free but it 100% makes it a lot easier
For all you noobs who say“it’s to hard” listen I’ll show how many times it took me to defeat the bosses.
Rennalla: 5 times (I watched UA-cam)
Golden hippo 10 times (dum ahh boss.)
Messmar(10 tries Monday and 4 tries Tuesday)
The Dancin lion (5 tries because it’s like the erdtree dragon snake or something)
CURSE YOU BAYLE( took 5 tries 1 hour then 3 hours later 5)
The hog rider ( 20 tries yesterday and today 6)
Now listen you must build your self a build that can’t be beat like say a heavy build or dex build for more speed or strength build etc. just try again and again until you get it don’t say it’s to hard just say I’ll try again.
