Tesla Version v11.0(2022.28.2) PIN to drive

The PIN to Drive feature of Tesla vehicles is a wonderful security feature that allows only authorized drivers to operate the car. A very good example is when the driver leaves one of the keys to operate the car (key card, phone, etc).
When enabled, the car cannot be driven without entering first the correct PIN
