- hey everyone (: as i've said many times, elton john is one of my biggest inspirations musically and this is pretty much my favorite song of all time. i've always wanted to cover it but was afraid i wouldn't do it justice.. honestly if we lived like that all the time, nothing would get done and no risks or opportunities would be taken SO, here is my cover. i hope this song means as much to you as it does to me. sending peace and love to all of you. x

I decided to look back on that wonderful AGT audition last year.

AWESOME COVER One of my favorite songs of the 1980s. As a kid growing up during that decade, I didn't really appreciate this song as much then as I do today. There were just so many good songs being produced at that time and being played on the air waves that listeners were pretty much spoiled. Hit after hit after hit. The radio today is a vast sea of crap (minus the classic stations of course) and when you hear a song like this play, it just makes you step back and say "wow!".
