@emmanuel first thanks for this video. Great explanation. Have a question. Regarding the 5:20 mark in the video - event testing. I have installed the data set tracking on my site and pixel helper plugin confirms I have the correct dataset code installed. However, when I test events nothing happens and when I try and use event set up tool is states that no pixel was found even though pixel helper says it is installed. I have tried clearing cache and opening in an incognito browser. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Disregard - the issue was an ad blocker plugin that was blocking the pixel/dataset from firing.
