Hi! I'm an oil painter. However, my drawing skills are poop. Lol. I've been waiting for the right time to apply myself to the task of sitting down with paper and pencil. I'm always painting. Still, I watch you and love how you are able to teach complex skills in a way that is accessible. It takes a lot of fear out of drawing, and makes it seem that it's possible to learn to draw!

I can't see how you would get any bad reviews. From someone who couldn't even draw a stick figure, you're a greeeeeeeeeeat teacher. I actually drew a horse head without tracing; I used your pencil measuring trick. Amaziiing! All these years I was hard on myself. Thank you so much!!

This is the first time I have understood the mechanics of drawing a person. It actually makes sense to me. I have watched so many artists explain with so much technical measurements and anatomy etc. You broke it down to common sense understanding. Thank you so very much.
Please ignore the mean comments. It seems people have forgotten how to be kind anymore. I have learned so many great techniques from your videos I an new to watercolor so have subscribed to 6 different channels and yours is for sure the best one for realistic painting. Keep up the great videos.
