  • In this video, I discuss how I like to workout now that I'm pregnant after suffering 3 losses. At first, I rested and was a little scared of doing workouts, thinking I would cause another loss. But after a month or so, I let that go, knowing it's so beneficial for myself and the baby to exercise. I haven't had much back pain since I've been lucky enough to be active this entire pregnancy.
