first . rack isnt In place as designed . 2nd you need to stick the key in all the way and turn. you dont have the strength the way you have it set as you dont have the leverage 3rd. its leaking out the bottom because you dont have the rack leveled correctly

These are so good, but so expensive, mind you, if you take away the cost of an extractor from the price of the hive it makes a little more sense. I cant understand why these are being so difficult, I have seen them emptied before andit was a 2 minute job.
I cannot think of a more colossal imbicility and ignorance about honey bees than the flow hive. It does not help the bees nor the 'beekeeper' in the least. Everything the flow hive does and represents is just a deeper move away from what bees need and want in their natural pre-disposition for DNA resilience through natural cell size, natural foundation and comb, natural materials, natural behavior, their own decision making and timing, disease resistance, productivity, vitality and living their best life. It is a shame that Flow hives are made to sound good simply by claiming that conventional honey harvest is a problem. Hosting bees in Any kind of hive for the priority of harvesting honey is easily the most degenerate method you could hand to beginners and others too uneducated to have any other purpose in mind. The commercial success of the flow hive is a global failure of knowledge.

To make it MUCH easier to crack the cells, get a second 'key' and use them together. Look it up. Its far, far easier

You are using this in a manner it’s not meant for.If it leaks the frame needs tightened up
