It is funny to me now. I am a convert and I in all sincerity I asked our Elders many of those questions. My Elders answered all of my questions and were not offended at all. I am glad you made this video because there are people like myself that are searching for answers. ❤️

When I am asked if I practice polygamy, I say "yup, married to 4 right now, looking to marry my 5th soon." Then they look at me completely dumbfounded, and say "REALLY?!" To which I would respond "Of course not! Only one." Good ice breaker to explain the history.

This was a fun way of debunking some of the myths about us👍🏻😅
But.. I do have to say that all these myths come from SOURCES: Some are confused because of group heresay, others START the heresay out of boredom, ignorance, and/or brainwashing, and the FORCES OF DARKNESS perpetrate it to cause contention and create obstacles for Heavenly Father's children to return to Him!
That's the truth.

You think missionaries get asked weird questions. I have been a member for 40 years and I have heard it all.
as a member i've sure fielded all these questions. you forgot one question ppl always ask. "are you a cult?" LOL hilarious no we are not a cult. lol

I’ve seen people convert and be baptized just on the sole fact they thought we get our own planet. I had to break the news that it’s not exactly the case. They have since left the church.

Is God the Father a redeemed sinner?
Could well be. How else could he relate to our predicament? Is an elite member of SEAL team 6 a former ignorant grunt, or did he become what he always was down deep in his soul. Thereby becoming from all eternity to all eternity, a stranger to himself no more.
We will never become like God if some people celebrate pagan holidays like the world and not keeping the 4th commandment.
Guess we all have changes we need to make to become more like God every day. That's what this life is for.
