- Mae's purpose in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is revealed!
In the past few hours, a "behind the scenes" of what will be Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was released. One in which we can listen to the main actors of the movie, sharing their opinions of this production. However, in this preview, we can see different elements that we had not yet seen in any other trailer of the movie, such as the life of some humans in this world, the revelation of new characters, and even a scene in which we see Mae, in what appears to be a factory. Which could prove that she is indeed an astronaut. - Розваги
I feel like this small group of intelligent humans could be descendants of Malcolm’s group because where we last seen all the last good humans was in Dawn and we never know what happened to them when the Colonel got there so maybe some of them survived and that’s how 3-400 years later we still have smart, talking humans

I wonder if the intelligent humans like Mae are the missing astronauts as hinted in Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
If you look back at the boy who tossed a newspaper, the article title said “Lost in Space”.
Maybe they're descendants of people living in a bunker hiding from the virus and their supplies are running out so they're venturing out into the world for the first time.
one of the many possible plots i have been thinking for this movie
is that both the woman and the older man are astronauts, they jumped in time forward and landed in this time period, maybe in two different pods, with the old man landing some time earlier than the woman , the king ape, captures the old man finds out he is smart and not like the current local humans and forces him to reveal technology to him, either because the king is already aware of it and wants to control it to rule the world or because he learns from the old man about it, and wants to control it to rule the world😅
some time after she crashes in the same area too, like the original movie she learns about the current state of apes and humans through friendly apes, she gets capture taken to the king ape castle and finds her astronaut friend alive he explains to her things and either he is just going along with king ape's plans and is waiting for the right moment to sabotage them or he reveals that he believes that helping the king ape succeed is better and he wants her to be part of all that too,
and that's just what i came up now with the stuff this video is talking about,😂
i dont think the whole movie is just that im sure there'll be more plots and subplots to it,
i just think this sounds good to me if the director had a lot of inspiration from the first movie and the Cesar's trilogy,
and yes time travel, astronauts, forgotten technology, underground telepathic mutants, and many other twists are canon😊, don't be surprised if those things show up in this movie🙂👍
What if Mae is turning on the power to a nuclear facility where the Alpha and Omega bomb is located at ?
I think Proxima is hunting her because she can access the bunker that contains a nuke and he probably has read about the power of nuclear bomb
From what i gathered, both in the OG Planet and Caesar’s trilogy, the first movie has a big twist, the Statue of Liberty was the 68 twist, and the NO was the Caesar’s twist. So if Mae talking in the trailer means that’s not the twist. My guest is there’s gonna be an even bigger twist.
In my opinion there can be another theory that Mae can be also mutant from Forbidden Zone I know that in the trailer of this new Planet of the Apes movie there are no mutants showed in forbidden zone but this doesn't mean that they do not exist and from what I know about this movie is that he will be beginning of new Planet of the Apes movie trilogy, maybe in second Planet of the Apes movie from this new movie trilogy the next villain will be Mutants from Forbidden zone
In the original 2nd Planet of the Apes movie (C. Heston), the mutants lived underground and had PSI powers. In this new movie It is possible that they are there, but not showing themselves and will feature in a 'future' movie.
My theory is that Mae is one of the astronauts who was lost in space during the events of the rise of planet of the Apes who got pushed forward through time and crashed landed in the kingdom of planet of the apes timeline.

The plot will be pretty straight-forward and (sadly) unambitious. Noa (young ape) gets bored, wanders into a "forbidden zone" where hoomans once lived. Sees the train tunnel, encounters Mae (who like Noa is bored of life). She came from a small ground of "speaking" humans who escaped the virus. Noa and Mae get into trouble with evil ape. Evil ape likes hooman tech so kidnaps Mae. Noa frees Mae and the two are hunted. S**t goes down. S**t gets blown up. Evil ape dies. Noa and Mae best friends. Post credit scene and we see a bigger "intelligent" hooman community hiding in underground city waiting to reclaim the world. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. There, just saved you $20.
Since Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes' Director Wes Bell has taken inspiration from Hayao Miyazaki’s style for directing the Legend of Zelda movie, my hope it has a well established relationship of Link x Princess Zelda’s relationship (where started out at best of friends in the beginning until their journey evolves them into be lovers) and a new iteration of them traveling hyrule together.
Plus, make an original story similar to what the Super Mario Bros Movie has done build by complement and passionate writers, Princess Zelda becomes a great companion to Link, established the Zelda Lore and mythology, other abilities the Master Sword has, provided Ganondorf enough character background ( one where we can all understand the iconic gaming villain’s intentions, how we should hate him and feared of him as the Gerudo King slowly becomes the Demon King), etc.
It's a biiiig planet with many countries that don't even have monkeys. It's quite possible that some intelligent human tribes have survived and made their way across to America to retrieve something valuable
Smart movie to think up that has never been done before just what we wanted if you are going more into the future and getting away from the past to have a reason to go on with more movies just like in the past movies that were done to keep them going
I like the actor from Witcher! I will see the movie for her alone.

I !like all these astronauts theory but the director dud say he wanted to do his own thing and don't want anyone to do a remake of the original in his vision the last of these movies is a ape looking up and seeing the ship crashing from the sky even though that's not quite right with the original cause why didn't any one report it when Taylor shows up talking about a ship everyone including Dr zayus was like he's crazy never seen that before unless it was Dr zayus that saw it and cover it up like he does a few times in that first movie but I never thought this was leading to the original movies but doing its own thing so when they dropped that Easter egg in rise that looked nothing like the ship in original by the way those people doing that said they set that up and will do something with that later its been a long time like to see them do something with that but we almost there cause it is looking more and more like the original movies lol lol

Of course she's an astronaut. To me the biggest clue is when you see here looking at something through the the lens of that telescope. What is she looking at? Is it her disabled mother ship, space-station, etc.??? Whatever it is the distraught expression on her face tells it all...
