Narratively I can’t figure out why they’re doing these random things with her unless they’re planting some potential foreshadowing. It seems suspicious

Ultron was not a popular villain like Thanos. Even Kang as a villain was replace with Doom. I don't think Marvel will bring back Ultron.

I also thought that Agatha is Mephisto’s daughter because Evanora mentioned that she wanted to unalive baby Agatha as soon as she would be born. This only means that Evanora probably got violated by Mephisto.

I think they may give the old origin story of Billy and Tommy to Agatha. So yes she’s his "daughter" as in probably a manifestation of his soul shard.

My initial theory when he showed up was that he was sent by Xavier to see what was going on in the anomaly and maybe trying to talk Wanda down eventually. That was early on when we thought we were going to get a lot of fox cameos though and they never happened. All the cameos from fox actors have been from universes other than the fox one except Deadpool. Which has been the 1st and only fox universe cameo.

To be clear Billy's memories weren't exactly erased in this universe he was born as Caplet but when Wanda's town hexing spell happened she pulled unknowingly the soul and essence of her children from another reality and most likely the same thing happened to Bohner so he probably still has another universe version of Pietro's soul trapped in his body. As to him having mutant powers he probably does as well without knowing. It was sad that Caplet had to die for Billy's soul to take over his double in this universe but with Bohner the 2 souls are sharing one body.
