I'am perfectly aware that it's most likely not an actual Archangel's Staff but a new item which only has this icon for the sake of having one.

How does this interact with being trapped in camille ult? Also is there enough time to abuse this as nunu by himself? Like leave the mark in a bush and then run away and start channeling ult?

i guess if its even possible to ult each other the one who activated spectral first will get send to the one who activated it second. If its at the same time some algorythm has to make the choice who will loose, maybe a randomizer
I think ARAM is now better than summoner's rift with those jungle changes and these new items next patch.
