I love the docks, and the sound of the gulls.
I live in Southampton Docks, there's always stuff going on.
This summer mate were going to launch a rib from down there and have a little plot about

Great video, don't think I have ever managed to catch the tide in at Hayle. Looks so different
Do you know what every time I go down there it hardly ever like that and it was like a millpond that day definitely going to put are both down there at some stage in the summer months

Thought you might have mentioned this, or just decided not to, or don't even know. I'm guessing you were in a different area but this dare-devil lad Jacob Cockle died somewhere near there. Died getting sucked into a whirlpool because some where along that harbor, there's this wall and under the water are 2 massive pipe/tunnels that suck water in. Maybe since the death they've blocked it off or even blocked the drain. It was control sea levels are different areas of the harbor or something.
I did not know that perhaps my friend Chris and Sophie would know about that but I didn't because I'm not from hayle
