Yes. It's Levo 5 for me. I did pause for 3 second for last running plank and varied the position for the final 1 minute plank. Good training plus right duration. Always looking forward for new videos

I am a regular gym goer for 5 years. I didn't die at your other level 5, but I died here. I think this has more cardio and legs, but this is exactly what I needed.
This was my first workout after being I’ll and it was something. I could withstand round 1 and 2 without rest but I needed to take one minute between the last rounds. Although I couldn’t crush it, the sweat was nice. Keep it Up.😊

Hey JY just finished the video. If you grade levels on 1/2 I would say this is about a 4.5 level workout. If you don't grade on 1/2 levels then this workout feels like a solid 4 level. Great workout brother! 💪🏽
Might've been a "LEVEL 4" if it weren't for each macro-segment ending in a long, low-lying plank; as such, it's definitely fun, challenging LEVEL 5. Now I'm hoping to build up to being able to do all 60 seconds of the planks without taking a knee... Thanks for another great workout Jordan! God bless!
Do not be deceived Level 5 for sure if you go all in. Hit red zone ,myzone monitor, during 2nd rd. Was red much of the 3rd Small female 48 yr. max heart was 180. Way to push. Thank you😊
Yes, agree. This one was categorised as EZ 5 because of the forgiving 1-2 rounds but still a level 5 because of the types of exercise involved (Jumps and long planks).

During first 2 rounds I thought it was not so high level, then round 3 gave me a lesson. Last plank was 🔥
