As one of the few former. black folk dancers in Central Park, I was looking for this particular version of Al Sadenu! I wouldn't stop searching until I found it. Well today was my lucky day thanks to you! I still remember how to do this dance, it was one of my favorite dances to lead ! By the way who sang this version?Thank You So Much. You made my day❤ Here in NYC, I had the luxury of meeting Yigal Bashan[ He & his command group performed songs from their album, when they started singing Matok, Matok the girls went crazy], Tvika Pick, Mordachii Ben- David. I had lived on a kibbutz in Israel for 2 years where I first learned to folk dance & I still speak Hebrew. I had always loved the music of Shalom Hanoch & Arik Einstein & others & the songs I remember are locked in my head! When I heard Arik had died, I cried like a baby because their music was part of my young adulthood in Israel😭
