@@reedactions Regarding Miho, the founding bass guitarist, she and the band posted in August of 2021 that she was leaving LOVEBITES, but why she left has never been revealed. I've seen a lot of people speculate and claim to know, but no one knows. Back in February of 2022 Miho got back on stage playing bass as a guest for a rock cover band. It was at a small venue, but she said she had a lot of fun. More recently, she joined a temporary band called the Down Dope Squad. The others are guitarists Saki from Nemophila and Yoshi from Aldious, drummer Hina from TSP (I've never heard them), and solo singer Maki Oyama. I think they're only supposed to play two shows, one that just happened in August 2022 and another that'll happen in November 2022, but they appear to be having a lot of fun and the tickets went fast, so we'll see.

They are relentless and so awesome, I am glad that you say that Asami's singing is great, I got into a heated discussion with a reactor over that issue, and a fake fan of Lovebites interferes just to repeat the same thing about Asami's vocals, the oddest thing is both idiots eventually contradict themselves in the very comment. There are always trolls and nay-sayers for this amazing band it was worse back in 2017-2019 but many have eventually eaten their own words by now but to each their own. Many claims that I am an overbearing fanatic because I am always ready to defend these amazing ladies from all kinds of riff-raff. That is the main reason why I love Lovebites their music of course but their messages and lyrics are very uplifting and inspiring, I lot of the older dark metal was all gruesome I never really liked and everything about Lovebites is more positive and bright and a very new metal spectrum.
Good for you. I defend them from any unwarranted criticism. They are simply the best musicians I have ever seen in one band. And nobody will change my opinion on that.
This is a masterful display of musicians in control of time signature dynamics. Akin to having 6 coordinated and synchronized metronomes, each metronome in the 4 musicians and the vocalist, and one more provided by the drum bass combination to drive the dual guitar solos. Any unintended variations in beats per minute constancy will put the performance in disarray.

The drummer was in Destrose. Nothing can phase you after being in Destrose. The most disasterous Japanese metal band ever. It was a disaster because they were really talented and the music was great but it was a complete train wreck. 20 members in 6 years. The woman who founded Destrose was apparently the Japanese Dave Mustaine. I found a Destrose album on UA-cam. Every song is great. So many members of Destrose went on to success in other bands. I think it's a really interesting story. There is no story but you can read between the lines. In their second reincarnation the entire band except for the founder left together at the same time to form a new band Mary's Blood without her. That includes Lovebites drummer. So basically the woman who founded the band was fired. There is a video on UA-cam of Destrose last live performance. 5 angry women who would rather be anywhere else. If it wasn't out of a sense of obligation to the audience they would have clearly just walked off stage.
@@reedactions one of the guitarists for Nemophila was also in Destrose and Mary's Blood I believe. Pretty sure? Nemophila is awesome. If you haven't checked out Nemophila I recommend 'Dissension'. Or they have a ton of covers that they did during Covid. Studio live. If you haven't seen Maximum the Hormone then Nemophila did a great cover of Zetsubo Billy. Two birds with one stone.
