seeing this video gives me hope and encouragement. i am 18 and I've be stuttering for as long as i can remember. Many things in this video hit so close to home because i could relate. especially when it was the first day of school. haha. But even though i still stutter i try my best to control it, i just have to listen and catch myself in situations when i'm about to stutter and breathe and relax and try to not feel nervous. I'm in college now and i entered a speech communications class to see if this will be my ticket out. i pray that i will find the courage to get better with public speaking and to eliminate this setback once and for all.
Teachers should know beforehand if a kid stutters in the class and if so Should STOP having each kid stand up and say his/ her name Its obvious from Watching these videos and hearing what makes them so uncomfortable that doing this introduction is SO painful and THEREFORE NEEDS TO STOP
