Those cotton make-up rounds would be complete mush if soaked in this. I would recommend a medical alcohol prep-pad dispenser for the liquid, buy or make re-usable bamboo rounds. Then all you have to do is chill the container between uses, strain the rose petals first. To use, simply press your round on the top of the dispenser and only the amount you actually need would dispense, saving liquid and a mess. For acne I would add tea tree oil, it is my absolute favourite of the Essential Oils. Rosemary would help with the harmful free radicals, this is great for end of day to help ease any sun damages.
