Did you put the rest of the lamb roll back in the freezer after you had sliced it. I wondering if you could make numerous mini rolls and slice them for the required amount instead of one big roll

Hi, I normally use all of it, but if the middle still remains frozen, I think you could put it back into the freezer. Making mini rolls sounds like a good idea though :)

done this twice, second time added some more chilli flakes, i do use a meat slicer and get better results. Along side this I also used ghee rather than butter, results were amazing, i might even do a video too. Thank you x

Hey James. Do you use the meat slicer on the frozen meat? I have a meat slicer, too. Pretty cheap. Not sure if it would handle frozen meat though. Cheers.
