thanks for this my mother in law just beat mouth cancer and died of a heart attack and everything you said I remember talking about but you are a Great teacher.
My lab results said my potassium level is normal at 5.1. The lab report said the upper limit of normal is 5.3. I've had a regular pulse but irregular heart rhythm for about a month. The last time I had a test it 5.3. Is a 5.1 potassium level a likely cause for continuously having skipped beats all of a sudden? I have been taking Vitamin K2 and eating a half a banana several days a week in my smoothie along with nuts and melons. Will a dietary change bring it back to a normal range? My potassium has always been around 4.8.
But doesn't the increased concentration of extracellular potassium (positive ions) make the intracellular environment more negative with respect to the outside environment?
my VA takes a blood sample and then sends me a letter only telling me that I have high potassium level in my blood? Nothing else, no instructions in dealing with it, what it means or scheduling me a back up appointment. lol How was I to figure out what to do?
I am really glad for all your courses, you are an amazing mentor and teacher.

I had 5.9 and 6 days later 5.6. Is it possible hard exercise lowered it? What's the best treatment?
Treatment video? I can’t seem to find it.
