      I would like to see a leg-focused stretching routine / suggested best stretches. I really lack mobility in my legs but a lot of other videos I watch are like "start with touching your toes" but I can barely reach halfway down my shins. You really get beginners and I feel you would make something that works really well for me. Love and appreciate the videos!

    He's not kidding. The moment I twisted my pelvis and bent all the way down, felt all the hamstrings in my legs start to hurt. Won't bend that far and fast next time.

      To be honest that isn't something I would get used to doing. You do just that massively in ever day life sitting down in a car or standing, you should be practicing tilting the hips the other way. The to touch should be hips straight, chest to thighs, hold feet or back of legs, then lift your hips (also known as straighten your legs) while trying to keep your chest touching your thighs. This is a basic process taught in Yoga

    bruh, I always be touching the floor with my palms without bending and it really helps! Maybe I should apply anterior pelvic tilt to see how harder it actually is!

    Your video are great. Here something to wake-up a lot of people. Show people, 2 gallons in plastic.
    That's is 16 pounds. This is what most people are walking around with daily and don't even realize it.
    Tell your viewers to pick 2 gallon of water at their store has a daily reminder. This would be a great way to get people thinking.

    Thank you for another great video! I was wondering bout ur idea to make a workout program video about PPL for example. It would be really interesting to see ur take on this. I´m fairly new to workouts (doing homeworkouts consistently for 8 months now). I decided to do semi Calisthenics, semi bodybuilding in the future. So yeah, hope u still have that video idea in mind.     Can you give advice on people with "hypermobility"? i don't know if that's the name in english but anyway
    I'm very afraid of injuring myself during some exercises because of my excess of mobility (especially in explosive push ups or such) because i can often feel pain in my joints and there are few good videos talking about it...
    Nevertheless, thank you for all your videos, they've been helping me a ton in my development of strength and self-confidence :)

    Inquiry here! I always have calf pain after every jump enhancing workout for 2-3 days but I've doing this for months now, you'd think it should get used to it by now. Is this normal?

    -16vertical jumps

    I am totally new to working out. Iwant to start. But I have been suffering from knee pain and back pain. So I am afraid to start. How should I start it? Can you make a video on that please?

    I kinda need help with the opposite of this, that is, I think I need help with stretching my hip flexors...the stuff at the front of my body, between the top of my leg and the hips. After doing a ton of work renovating my bathroom, which involved hours in a squatted position, I feel like I've crushed something inside my inner hip/groin area that never properly stretches. I can't do a lot of the recommended stretches because they involve kneeling or putting weight on my knees which I can't tolerate for more than about 15 seconds at a time. I've got some stuff I can do standing up but I maybe am doing it wrong cos it just hurts and doesn't seem to be getting better. I can walk for 10 km a day but I am super-inflexible in my hips.
