As Rabbi Akiva said about his own wife, your husband's merits are yours- you created the space that allowed him to be who he was.

Exactly that's what struck me too, the way she's so spiritual and so here at the same time. Kol hakavod!

My daughter and her friend said Tehillim for each other for 40 days, to get engaged. On the 40th day a few minutes before sunset, she got the phone call that brought her match to her. Thank G-d.

"Nothing is as good for the soul as Silence"
Pirkei Avos teaches - One if the Rabbis taught that he haven't found better thing in life than "shtika" being quiet.
The most praiseworthy of these acts of kindness is that his own wife didn't know of it until the recipients of his kindness chose to make it public. THAT is true giving with dignity and honor. Matan B'seser in Torah.
Tremendous nechama as I too lost both my parents suddenly and shockingly.
Thanks

Momo is intellectual, deep, inspiring all the time...keep on doing what you're doing..
Ya, but he keeps hyjacking the interview.
Such an absolutely beautiful and inspiring interview! It really emphasizes focusing in on the true emes and the meaning of life.
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing
Thank you 🙏🏻
am yisroel chai. thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this inspiring episode
Amazing, thank you all. This vid makes me wish transcripts were accessible to YTubers for spelling corrections. I wanted to research the meaning of every Jewish word but it was often not possible. Such a motivating joyous lanquage.
This was a fascinating and lovely interview! I wonder if you could insert subtitles, not full sentences, but whenever the Yiddish/Hebrew words come up? And there were a LOT in this interview. I saw that in the earlier part of the interview, you were trying to translate most of this verbally, but it seemed too hard to keep it up.
I get soooo annoyed when the guest is interrupted. A monologue by the interviewee is not appreciated
Yes I agree
I completly desagree. They are also very interesting and inspiring.
Yes. It's very frustrating. It's cringy
I'm a Baalas Shuva for over 30 years and I have said many times that "Orthodox Judaism is the Best Kept Secret!" I worked at my shul for 21 years and there seemed to be a resistance to actively be mekarev others. People seem to find us, but the outreach is nonexistent.
There are many Jewish groups that have outreach programs but I find it’s mostly for men 🤷♀️

God, YHVH, HaShem LIVES, in relationship with all who seek Him, in the Ruach HaKodesh. Amazing.
And some of us also KNOW that the RETURN of HaMashiach is very near.
Thank you for the deep sharing of reality within this podcast.

@@eilashearer8474 The messiah comes not returns
@@Yosaif-israel I pray that soon you will also KNOW Him, “whom they pierced”, nearly 2000 years ago. (Yeshua Ben-Yosef), who came first as suffering servant to His own People. Speak with any Messianic Jew. We all eagerly await the return of Yeshua Ben-David as Conquering King and Priest.
This bright and deeply sensitive woman articulates well to us the audience.i understand and respect her words.agree on much.however, i challenge her words that she declares that hashem always answers ones tefillos.yes, i agree , however this bright woman never mentioned that sometimes hashem chooses to say no to ones requests in tefilla.to accept this is the real emunah that a true eved hashem.possesses.leah hiller.from lakewood, new jersey, usa.
It’s always yes if you are asking for the appropriate things
I have so many questions about Rabbi Kenig and her relationship with him. Would love to hear more...
Wowwwwww. Hashem bless you and your family
Wow! Gershon zl was a tzaddik, tzaddik!! You had a zchus! Also, yes ,Rav Kenig was a holy man!
Pesach in JERUSALEM!!
Wow
Interview Yitz Applbaum!! I can put you in touch with him

The description on this video has a little left turn.... I believe if you put in a more positive spin on the description you would get more views....❤

Amazing episode. But whats with all the adds.
U r getting this content for free, u don’t think they need to make a living?
Actually i have donated a few times. I understand the need for adds it just seems there is getting more and more of them.
This is absolutely amazing but at one point to husbands and wives keep things from each other and hide things from each other? Just a question? So do not come after me in the comment section......
yes you can even be humble to your spouse (of course you shouldn't do things your spouse wouldn't approve of before talking it over)
No .judaism is about life and death to be more accurate.
Proves that Judaism is rooted in the East. The 10 Sefirot, the integration of good and evil into one G-d serving system, which reminds of the Yin and Yang, etc., down to the way we used to count, i.e. in 10-thousands (rivot), rather than in 1000s, is diametrically different from Paulinian heaven vs. hell thinking, which eventually would evolve into German Idealism, the cradle of the man-made morals of National Socialism.
The East has absorbed some of its theology from the Hebrews as Abraham sent his descendants to the east and the eastern theology documents their theology coming from the west therefore you’re wrong.
“Give pomegranate to his God”…don’t Jews also do that with Bikkurim lol
All you found was the occult. I found the truth when I went looking
Only Torah is the truth. there is nothing else.
Momo, you’re a sweet, smart and good person - but you talk waaaay too much. You’re an interviewer, not a lecturer.
I actually liked the video as Momo said his dvar Torah! Next time keep your opinion to yourself.
agree
Completely disagree. I am always struck by the beautiful connections, depth and insights that Momo adds. His broad knowledge and Torah-based concepts give additional perspective and enhance every interview.
you could just fast forward.
I also always love the Torah and insights added by the interviewees!! As said previously ppl can just fast forward if they desire
You mean rabbi ‘s with spongecake on their beard will davien for me?! no thanks!!
Jesus your Messiah, he is waiting for your call
Please leave Jesus out of this. He has NO place in Judaism.
i find it disrespectful to post that on a Jewish video please post it somewhere else
@@mkmmkm-ro9zf How can it possibly be disrespectful since Jesus is a Jew with a genealogy back to Abraham! You are offended by your own. A man who changed the world, and if it wasn't for his modern day follower's there would be no Israel today! That's no small thing.
Jesus was a Jew. We are Jews. Leave us alone.
PLEASE go and do some learning - your post is horrendous on this site. Rabbi Tovia Singer is the Rabbi for you. Go away
