I bought the printed Second Edition Oxford English Dictionary when it was on special for $2000 back in the mid 2000s. Absolutely worth every dollar, this extraordinary feat still takes my breath away. Just open on to any page and read the wonders. It is inexhaustible. There will never be a printed Third Edition. It is available digitally and is in a constant state of updating and revision. Ever growing.
