Nice video Luc. I started my business in 1975 and over the years have employed quite a few SEO companies to promote my business. They all promised page one rankings etc, but in the end, l decided to learn SEO myself and spent money on learning what to do. I now optimise and rank my websites very well. I have also helped customers of mine improve their rankings. I have been looking at starting an SEO business in addition to my main business, I need to get in the saddle and do it. Keep up the good work Luc, you are an inspiration to all people that want to stop the 9 to 5 jobs, and run their own show.
really you are doing great work I watch your all videos regularly and I have local SEO experience of more than 3years but still I am watching your videos
hello, I have a question for you...our liquor branches store are being suspended by Google, we don't know why, and after adding new store it will get suspended immediately, we have not violated Google guidelines, any help from you
If your listing has been suspended it is likely because you somehow have violated the guidelines but don't realise where. I suggest you watch this video for more help: ua-cam.com/video/hDCcBdq9U2U/v-deo.html
Great video advice!! How do i set the professional services that offers a training course of food handling, she just send bills as a professional person using her names. Should I create the GMB listing using the name or the service? Thanks Alex
don't you think that people these days learning to hack, now with artificial intelligence, have lost the ability to think of original by themselves and look or hear around others only to copy?
Thank you very much sir! Your lessons are gold! Actually I'm thinking of which one I should do first, Local SEO or SEO and after watching this, I think I can prioritize learning more about the first one.
Wow, thanks for sharing! I've been learning SEO for the past 2-3 months and was warming up my email address to send cold emails. Now I know, social proof is a must, so I'll help local business for free, build up social proof and then start charging clients.
@@rankingacademy For collecting reviews, what's your recommendation? Trustpilot? I cannot create a GMB profile for collecting reviews as I don't have a location where I serve customers.
Loved this! Very inspiring especially for those of us who have had a long desire to go into this field but have been reluctant to do so for whatever reason (i.e. too old, not enough experience, etc). Would love to know if you have a training program that you offer for those that want to learn the profession? If not can you recommend one? Thank you so much!
It's never too late and you're never too old. As a matter of fact age is likely to work in your favour as people will perceived it as you being more experienced. I don't have a program in place but there are tons of info on the web that should help you.
Nice video with some great content. Having been learning local SEO for a while along with FB and Google Ads and hoping to start a business specialising in helping small local businesses rank on Google Maps. Any suggestions on how to price for ranking on Google Maps, FB ads and Google Ads in the U.K?
Hi Richard. I can't tell you how much you should price your services. It all depends on the value you provide. The more value, the higher you can charge.
Amazing video Sir, it helps me a lot to start my freelancing journey. Can you tell me how Google or FB Ads are also helping local businesses? Love from INDIA
Hello Friend how are you? I love your content and everything I learned about local SEO was with you so thank you very much, I have a question for you. My potential clients are in the center of the city, and my physical store is located far from the center but in the same city, should I geolocate the images with the coordinates of the city center or where is my real location? or do half and half?
Hi Matias. Geotagging images is a waste of time. I made a video about this which you can watch here: ua-cam.com/video/vV-B-DxzBdQ/v-deo.html Since location is key to rank on Google maps the only way for you to target your clients is to have a location in the city centre so you should consider relocating. You can however attempt to rank in Google traditional results (the list of blue links) by creating related content to the city you are targeting which won't depend on how far you are from the city centre. If you rank well you can still attract a healthy amount of customers.
Definitely a confidence booster for those of us looking to start our business.
👌👍

Not that I know of
Great content!
Thanks
where is the ranking academy certification we can go through like yoast?
I'm afraid there isn't one...yet But you never know 😉
Can I target international clients sitting in India ? Any general thoughts on how this can be ?
Absolutely! I have clients from all over the world. I would go down the social media path personally (youtube, TikTok)

Sorry Alex but I'm not sure I understand the question.

I do agree Aurobindo. I think everybody copies each other and originality is very scarce
@coffeezilla please investigate
Hey Tyler. What would you like coffeezilla to investigate exactly?
Hello.
Can a single business have more than one Google My Business account(listing)? will Google verify such a business with more than one listing?
No, It's one listing per business
Thank you very much sir! Your lessons are gold! Actually I'm thinking of which one I should do first, Local SEO or SEO and after watching this, I think I can prioritize learning more about the first one.
Depends on what you want to achieve
