Aim Higher Gala at the Science Museum - 3rd May 2022

The #AimHigherGala, organised by Space For A Better World celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 16, NASA’s Artemis Mission, Commercial and International Space and showcased the way space exploration makes life better on Earth.
Hosted by MC Dallas Campbell, astronauts including Sir Tim Peake, Nicole Stott, Susan Kilrain and the crew of #inspiration4 were in attendance. Gen. Charlie Duke - who was the tenth and youngest person to walk on the Moon, at age 36, was presented with a Space Icon Award. Poppy Northcutt - the 1st Female Engineer in NASA’s Mission Control, was given a Space Pioneer Award.
