At least you managed more nights out than us I've managed 3 so far this year one night I were shooting in the fog, the other 2 times it's been with the Moon around so yeah I definitely hear ya clouds definitely suck!! Galaxy season has been crap.

Not usually. It's classified as an alpine desert so usually clear and dry.
