Hello! Can you please share the details of the placement of the camera on the gimbal? (I mean those areas where there are marks with numbers) I have exactly the same set, but I can’t set it up, the stabilizer jams and starts spinning.
Hello, i dont have that gimbal anymore but you have to balance you camera depending on the lens and other accesories, as usual it shouldnt rotate nor tilt if you move it freely while its off (you have 3 parts you can adjust). But if you're having problems balancing it despite doing it correctly, you should download the app on you phone, you can connect via bluethoot to the gimbal and make some sort of auto balancing and other fine tunning directly from the app wich is more intuitive that pressing buttons without a screen. This helps with the common issue of the gimbal going nuts or the apparent vibration of one axis. Hope this helps

I did absolutely everything possible, including trying to set up in the application and reinstalling the camera itself on the stabilizer several times, even found how to calibrate the joystick but nothing helps. I hope to the last that I don’t have to carry it in for repairs, because I didn’t buy it new, so I’m looking for different reasons. thanks again!
