Gotta show my daughter this video. She attempts something similar a lot but she does not break the opponents head posture and don't get the hips deep inwards enough. So even if she gets the throw, the opponent falls head first to the ground and because they have both hands free, they will brace themselves into the turtle position when falling to the ground.
