Of course, I'd be happy to help! Finding a long-term rental in Buenos Aires can be challenging, but there are several websites that you can use to search for properties. Here are a few options for you:
MercadoLibre: This is a popular online marketplace in Argentina where you can find all sorts of items for sale, including long-term rental properties. The website is available in Spanish, but you can use a translation tool to browse it in English.
ZonaProp: This website is dedicated to real estate in Argentina and has a section for long-term rentals in Buenos Aires. It's available in both Spanish and English.
Properati: This is another real estate website that allows you to search for long-term rentals in Buenos Aires. It's available in several languages, including English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Airbnb: While Airbnb is best known for short-term rentals, some hosts offer long-term rentals as well. You can filter your search to show only long-term rentals, and many of the listings offer discounted rates for longer stays.
I hope these suggestions are helpful for your search for a long-term rental in Buenos Aires. Good luck!

Nothing very "cheap" about rent in the desirable areas ! -- I was under the impression prices were cheap but Ecudor or Colombia appear to be a much cheaper alternatives ? -- I am not impressed by the cost of living ! It's no wonder there aren't many or any expats doing U-Tube videos about how good a life that can be had there for little money ?

Very helpful information...thank you!! The prices you gave were in US dollars, correct? Also, can you explain (or do video) about the blue dollar versus the peso? Why is there a different exchange rate for each? Thank you!!

You can double your exchange value to Argentine pesos with the blue dollar system, thus doubling your purchasing power.

@@J.D.VisionThanks what is the Blue Dollar System? Is there a company or bank that does this?

@johndewey6358 • I've heard the best/safest way to get it is through Western Union, other than the local Florida street money exchange vendors.
There are some UA-cam videos dedicated to it.

lots of unnecessary information, you don't need to explain what a house is 😀 just focus on the prices

What is an ex-pat? I'm college educated but I don't understand that term. Is it meant to denote a person who lived and worked in one country and then settled in another country? If it is then they're called a migrant - They've migrated from one country to another. Or is it meant to discern people from different cultures, or economic background? A poor person who moves to a richer country is a migrant, but a rich person who moves to another country, be it rich or poor, is called an ex-pat. If that's what it's understood to mean then it's a racist comment.
