This is very smart way of working. I love the cat checking out the work.

Greetings it's your regular viewer from southern Ontario Canada I really enjoyed the video especially when you are so creative and inspiring to us people who wouldn't have thought of this idea in the first place I have a tent that I bought at Canadian tire it works on minivans, sport utility vehicles and regular 8 passenger vans like the ford econoline looking forward to seeing the next presentation cheers

Hi and thanks! I'm planning on a trip to FL this winter to meet up with some of my groups. I was thinking of going in the RV but ultimately decided on the minivan. So the conversion begins. :) Do you have a hatch tent? That's what I have for mine.

Good morning from NC and thanks for sharing this idea!! My plans of using the "furniture" of a 1965 HiLo in a box truck will be much better,(a lot less trial and error), if I make a template first!!

Thanks, I love doing this sort of planning. It's so helpful to see it both on paper and in reality. Good luck with your build!

I'm going to give you my thoughts. Short dresser and tall dresser switched them. Then at the end of your bed you could reach the short dresser for cooking area.
I don't like the short dresser being right. Behind your driver's seat, because if you need to get in your driving seat to get out of an area where you feel uncomfortable, you don't have that choice because it's blocking it.
I think you're getting the most room by having your bed over your seat. I would keep it there and work with the rest with different scenarios. Another cool idea that I saw on another page is making little cardboard templates of your dresser, bed, toilet, and things

I really appreciate the feedback. If I have the bed over the passenger seat, I can get into the driver's seat easily that way, so I can have whatever I want behind the driver's seat. I'll keep playing with this. Thanks for the ideas!

It was funny watching the letter mail carrier in the video zipped past you inside the van both directions obviously in the United States the mail gets delivered to your home mailbox very different than Canada depending upon where you live in every province it varies 😊

I only noticed him on his way back to his truck! Normally the mail gets delivered to the box at the street, but he was dropping off a package to the door. :)

Have fun with the build. I converted a Promaster City cargo van into a micro camper a few years ago.
I’m thinking of dolly towing it behind our new to us Class A that we just purchased. The idea is to use the Promaster as a daily explorer when we’ve ‘landed’ at a camp ground.

I've thought of towing a vehicle behind my class A. Still considering it, especially for long trips. Usually if we're just within a few hours away, one of us will drive a car and the other will drive the RV.
