Great core exercises and stretches. I cant sit back fully on my knees as my muscles around my thighs and knees are so tight. This is due to having an office job for 19 years and not enough regular stretching. Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you.
These should be ok and should ultimately help. These movements help train you to use your deep core muscles to stabilize those lumbar segments so your back will feel so much better 👍
