Don’t care how important the individual is, their vehicle, the driver and the principal are all getting searched before they get anywhere near the main grounds!
While you’re absolutely right, this scene makes it look a lot dumber than it actually was IRL. There’s an excellent book about it that shows how in depth the whole situation was
@oledahammer8393 politics has nothing to do with it like how the novel that inspired the Benghazi movie did not include the politics of the incident, it is about respect via quality which was clearly neglected in that case.
Areas of focus and responsibility (referencing a role) Lesson learned - always stay within your authority of assigned role. Giving in to the "other" dilutes the shared objective.
Except this did absolutely happen. This happened at Camp Chapman in 2009. 9 people were killed outright. Of those killed, 7......yes, SEVEN were CIA personnel. If you ever walk into the CIA building in Langley, in the lobby you will notice gold stars on the marble wall and above them are dates. Those gold stars represent lives that the CIA has lost. Under 2009 there are 7 gold stars caused by this attack. This depiction is as close as it gets. They never searched the asset's car nor person before he made it within spitting distance of the vehicle. The attacker was someone who claimed to be Bin Laden's personal physician.

Unless there are orders to not do so.
On top, we always wave our own guys thru without searching them and they could be anyone.
Be careful who one gives authority! No one gets to pass the first security ck point.

You don't FKing search a possible threat when he's already surrounded by important personel.
What a way to say “I will die before I give up Bin Laden.”
The black cat was also a nicely added touch
Just the right clip at the right moment, cheers!
Every time I watch this scene I can’t not laugh at the lady getting the f*** out of there. Especially because that would be me.
She still got killed tho
Yah, unfortunately you're probably not clearing the kill radius in a sprint
Blonde girl knew what was up and hauled ass.
She also got killed tho
I wish the film about the 2012 Benghazi attacks had this level of care from movie studios in which they hired a great director instead of a bad one.
That wouldn't serve the left-wing political agenda, now would it....

Nobody would be that naive!!
This actually happened irl. Not exactly like in this scene but it happened
4:30 Is the cat O.K.?
“I baked him a cake……”
Another mistake
Глупые люди - могли полтонны тнт в машину заложить. А получился какой-то хлопок 😂
It's not like that for real. That would never happen
Except it did happen exactly like that. Intelligence was so confident he was friendly based on past dealings that they gave him special treatment.
I remember this. It was all over the news
This scene is literally what happened. The camp is even the same name lmao
kik, this is LITERALLY based scene for scene on the real event

Hmmmmm......very strange
Americans, getting caught with their pants down yet again!
alot of rules that other groups dont have to follow. its like trying to fight with your hands tied behind your back
@@FlatRangeOperator Yeah ,nah. Sounds like an excuse with an attached apology. Still smells like typical incompetence.
This is why you don't put women in charge.
You put them in charge of dinner
Spoken like someone whose incompetence was called out by a woman.
“A woman in every kitchen and one gun in every hand” ”~ Sean Strickland.
A woman actually found Bin Laden.
Ironically, a woman directed this movie. She did a fantastic job, and she was in charge.
DEI hires.
Ah yes, the famously woke CIA of the GWOT era 🙄
