I’d say I find good traits in both American and Russian men and also negative ones. I am a Russian living in America. For example what I love about American men is that they are not fast to make fun of someone who looks different or someone less fortunate. They are less likely to make jokes about a bum on the street or a handicapped person. There’s a bigger sense of equality here in america. Whereas Russian man can act superior and not see a human in a bum( not all) but there’s a big group. They can act as if they are better than Americans just because they think they’re smarter or have better values. Terrible tippers when it comes to Restuarant staff( just my experience). Maybe men in russia are actually different than the ones here. But I found them to be a little rude to staff. American men are a little more polite and humble when it comes to the lower class of society. But what I don’t like in American men is they’re lack of direction, lack of spirituality and values. Men tend to sleep around here a lot, maybe because the women here are easy so both genders are destroying the values of society. But I’ve had plenty of American men ghost me because I didn’t want to have sex before mairrage. Whereas Russian men respected me even more for that and where willing to wait. It’s a lot more common and more normal in Russia for people to only have sex in a serious relationship or after marriage. Here men expect this from you sometimes on the second or third date, it’s messed up. Men here in America are afraid to bring up any talk about their desire for a family, whereas Russian men are straight up about their desires to build a family eventually. It’s almost out of style here to mention marriage.
Okay, also what I don’t like about Russian men is their mentality that they own you once you are together, it’s almost required if you to inform him about your whereabouts. American man are a little more trusting and respect a woman’s value and her dreams a little more. But Russian men are better at encouraging your dreams if they are the type to be supportive. And also they’re more willing to help you achieve them by working harder and investing. Also Russian men tend to keep their word more, they say there gonna take you on a date at 7 pm on a Friday, they will be there, no excuses, no ghosting. They know that a real woman will never talk to them again if they don’t show up or ghosts. Whereas American men can’t ghost then text you weeks later pretending nothing happened. Maybe because women here are more willing to call a man out and demand respect. Anyways, I think both men have great qualities and some shortcomings, but in the end it really is about the values a person has. Good values and raised right equals good men regardless of culture. Maybe we don’t connect so well between our cultures because of our mentality so it would be ideal to be with someone from your own culture, but don’t limit yourself, you might meet an incredible person either from America or Russia, who knows 🤷‍♀️. I hope this helps.

I actually spoke with an American woman previously who seemed to have the Russian experience with all her past relationships: every one was awesome in the BEGINNING only. They would always act really nice/chivalrous and seemingly had everything that you could want in a man, knowing exactly how to win her trust and favor - but almost as soon as she had a kid with them, all of the initial romance disappeared and they would suddenly turn into demons.
I heard that this type of scenario happens often in Russia, which is the reason for their high divorce rate. Men tend to slack off majorly after getting married or having a child, leaving the woman to be the only stable income provider - which in turn makes him feel like less of a “man” and makes him feel that he has to elevate his testosterone in other ways such as getting into heavy drinking/alcoholism, going out to sleep with other women, etc. I also read that this is largely why Russian women do not believe in ideal relationships and realize that they need to be OK on their own in the event that things do not work out, which is a mentality that American women would be very wise to adopt as well.

My wife (Russian) doesn't like spending money. Maybe that is because she lived through Perestroyka. I'm English, btw. She had a career, her own flat (bought outright) etc. etc., and she gave it all up to live with me ;) When we met she was 34 and I was 35. We've been married 20 years. When we bought our house (with a mortgage), she put down half the deposit. She likes that I listen to her, and treat her as equal, but she still expects me to put up shelves etc. ;-)
So everyone is different, but certainly some of what you say is definitely true.
A number of years before that, I dated an American woman - SHE was the money-obsessed one.
EDIT: my wife (Russian) doesn't like men who drink alcohol, so maybe that was why she had to look further afield!

I think what you expect for a date definitely depends on where you come from. I absolutely do not expect a guy to pay on the first date and would feel even uncomfortable with it, but I am very American :) That said, I have had American guys offer to pay on dates all of the time. I have also received flowers from American men many many times and had cutesy creative acts of kindness and interest. Have you ever dated an American?
Also, hookup culture does exist in the US but I would not say it is the default or a stereotype.

Some women and men doesn't like to be 50% and 50% in everything. I like to cook to my man I like to be the "woman" in the relationship eventhought I work too and I don't have problem paying somethings. Some people like to be completly equal in everything, cleaning up, cooking, takingcare of the house, providing for the family and it's completly okay.
But some people just like to let the man be the alpha of the relationship, let him to take care of us as a women of course as the same that we take care of them as men in other conservatives ways. It's nothing wrong with it neither It just depend of the life that you as a woman or as a man want to live. As an American man (as I’m sure is the same for a Russian) a lot has to do with the society they are in.
A few things you mentioned that you would have to live here to understand why they are. For example you said a Russian man will fight but an American man will not. I can’t speak on the Russian side but based on how I think most men act over there from tv there are little consequences to fighting. In America don’t fool yourself that the men don’t want to fight, but when you consider there is a very good possibility you will get arrested, go to jail, possibly lose your job it makes you think about what you do a little more. Is it worth all of those things just to fight and what is fighting really going to gain? Now grow up like that where you can’t really fight for important things and you don’t even think about fighting for the insignificant things I believe Russians would. I’m sure they would both be opposite if growing up in the others society.
The same goes to the aggressiveness of men. I’m the US being confident is great but being arrogant is a huge turnoff to both men and women. If you don’t know what you’re taking about don’t act like you do. Be who you are and not try to act like someone you’re not. When you say Russian men will say they know actually how to do something when they never did it to us in the US it is very annoying. Someone mentioned it reminds them of Arabic men which is a stereotype that we find a lot. Sure there’s times it will come off as confident but over the long term if you act like you know something you do not it will come out and in the end people will have less confidence in you and think you just have a big head and are just arrogant. That’s probably why you don’t find American men acting like they know everything, If we know about something we will be very confident but we don’t try to fake it. Again I just think it’s the society and culture.
This leads into the dressing up. American men are in general more casual but this fluctuates widely where you are at in America. There’s areas where jeans and a hoodie is absolutely fine while there are other areas where you would be extremely embarrassed. Overall I would say the more causal is more wide spread in America. Sounds like it’s just the society norm for Russian men to dress up with nice clothes and what not. I can see where this would be attractive for women. For American men I know some of the wealthiest people I know dressed very casual. When asked any they didn’t flaunt their money they all basically replied “who am I trying to impress by showing I have money? What does that prove anyway?”. This goes back to being who you are and what are the society’s norms.
Being persistent when trying to get a woman’s attention is fine. Being overbearing is considered creepy over here. Woman are strong with their freedom and not controlled. If they are interested you don’t need to pry it out of them. If they are not and don’t want the attention you don’t continue to be persistent, at that point you’re desperate.
For the Russian men are confident. I do see what you’re saying but when you tell me they call to check up on their girlfriends and constantly checking to see what they are doing that says otherwise. That says they are not confident although they act like they are. If they are confident they would think like American men “I’m a great guy, I treat her well, I have a lot to offer, and I’m (really) confident she really likes me. There is no reason for me to keep track of her. She will be honest while she’s is out and return to me.” To me checking up all the time shows you have doubts if you’re enough and insecure.
Hope this explains some of the social factors on this side of the pond.

Some Americans want Crimea to join Ukraine. I read Internet news about Kyiv and researched other places on Google. Many of their citizens go on holiday by driving from kyiv to Crimea (a region which is mentioned in a gift proposal-Bill, which was never signed by Khrushchev). or to Odessa, Ukraine. At lawmaker's level and above, the Soviet Union was like a democracy (to it's lawmakers and leaders). Despite President Boris Yeltsin not seeing the 1954 Soviet bill , he already knew this much:: 1954 proposed bill was never signed by Khrushchev proposing to gift Crimea from Russia to Kyiv. This was why Yeltsin never ever tried to check who may have signed it:: President Yeltsin vowed to keep giving aid to Kyiv from 1992 onwards, plus cheap petrol and diesel and free heating oil or cheap heating oil plus rent - cash from Moscow to Kyiv. Why? Yeltsin said he did not want to see the Crimea bill document as Kyiv needed money, and knew 1954 bill document had insufficient signatures. Yeltsin said that if his new non-communist breed of lawmakers in 1992 were to see that the 1954 document was not signed by President Khrushchev, Yeltsin will be compelled by his young-turk minded lawmakers to stop paying rent to Kyiv, which Yeltsin didn't want to do. Yeltsin was aware that Khrushchev repeatedly told few number of civilian delegates of concerned Crimeans visiting him in his big office in Moscow over few time that KHRUSHCHEV NEVER SIGNED any document giving Crimea from Russia to Ukraine. Khrushchev used to say to visitor- Crimeans in his big Moscow office, "Just trust me! You all know me, I am Nikita Khrushchev! I did not sign any Crimea gift bill in 1954 or after 1954 removing Crimea from Russia." After fall of communism and the iron curtain, the people of Crimea and Moscow and other people wanted to see the actual document or bill that House and Senate lawmakers of 1954 (except two men) never saw, to see who signed it: Two ethnic Russians who were lawmakers (member of politburo) drafted the bill. They signed the draft copy of bill. But their parliament NEVER passed the bill into law with two- third majority where the president of the Soviet Union Nikita Khrushchev was supposed to have finalised the proposed bill into law, with his own signature. Yeltsin did say that if after Yeltsin's officials or newer lawmakers digs out the secret proposed bill of 1954 proposing gifting land, he will only hand over Crimea to Kyiv on a silver platter provided Yeltsin finds in future that his predecessor Nikita Khrushchev had actually signed it, :: with or without sufficient signatures of two-thirds of authorizing lawmakers. Nikita Khrushchev never signed this 1954 gift bill just like he promised Crimean delegations visiting him in his Moscow office while he was president. So the Crimea bill on gifting Crimea was not made into law, mainly because it was without the signature of Nikita Khrushchev. It just had the two signatures of the two ethnic Russian lawmakers who co-wrote the draft copy (probably as per orders and whims of Nikita Khrushchev) and only original of the proposed bill. Next, within 1954, the official(s) of Khrushchev filed the proposed Crimea bill in secret file cabinets for posterity without sufficient signatures::: they did not want to open a can of worms, where law-makers may have fist fights both at the House and at the Senate over the proposed bill gifting land. Khrushchev simply told lawmakers (member of politburo), "From now on, let's keep paying rent for Soviet bases in Crimea to Ukraine, as the Ukrainians need the money for other expenses. Lawmakers, please do not question why I am paying rent to Ukraine for Crimea military bases. Ignore that rumored Crimea Bill proposal, which will not be put up at your desks. Uh-uh! That bill will not come to your desks any more, for your approval. I Nikita Khrushchev never signed it. It's on a secret file cabinet." So, Ukraine got rent for properties it never owned for about 50 years.

My Russian Boyfriend is nothing like what youtube and media posts claim them to bem Yes when he wants to be Affectionate its when he wants to and only at home never in public.
We rarely ever go out and enjoy night on the town, he'll make excuses to stay in basement play video games.
He is guarded at family socials and rather not be there if can be avoided. My Russian boyfriend moved in 2 years and now 9 months after 4months dating and then the pandemic hit.
Yet now still no engagement, no ring to show, my family and friends think I'm wasting my time as if he were a real man he'd propose not jade me and drag me along with false hope of engagement. And yet, and yet he is living in my house I pay for and the bills to as rent through my family.
Only 2 months ago did he start helping with cohabitation house bills 50/50. Says I'll be his "Future Wife"....When its been well over 2 years + and I'm not waiting forever as we are in late mid 30's to settle.
I want to stay optimistic however financial a better job he claims he will attain when?, he says when things around the house are how he wants them.....uh seriously this is 21st Century reality check. Fact this is my house your more like a roommate by how you treat me yet say when I know I deserve better that I'm a girlfriend to him....does he even know what that means?
Every week with this attitude of its woman's job to do this or that, projects needing to be done to house he says he'll do or finish never get done. Yet he has audacity to tell me to do everything on time and how he wants them quickly done. This moving in to cohabitate then not help with the bills should have let him go a red flag there, said he didn't smoke and starts smoking 3 months in a lie and blames me for it ....another red flag. Everyone said I should have let him go at that point but I held onto hope.
2 years 9months in I bring up marriage and engagement and wanting a baby.....his comments every time "I don't think your ready" and "we have all the time in the world just a piece of paper" Just to get any affection from him its a joke and given up trying and have become numb to when he wants lovin time because he only wants it on his terms could not care less about my feelings and wants, noPe its all a game to him.
He'll say because I don't have the house how he likes it and cook clean how his mom does that he is waiting aka 'holding out on moving forward and him stepping up'.
I would think after years to assimilate her in U.S he'd understand a relationship means 50/50 and that includes place up keep, no woman who wants a relationship is going to be your maid-servant taking care of you like your mommy dearest.
While you deny her emotional and physical intmacy/love and use the "If its not how I want or like things" to hold back that essential part in a relationship. After a year and 6 months you should know where you stand and that this behavior is childish he can go back to his parents then.
If you won't meet her needs and wants, while making excuses not to change for the better and move the relationship forward like my Russian Boyfriends been doing, only so much to put up with before you cut him loose and move forward with your life.
You can try to be optimistic, however if the guy isint what's above in how Russian men are in a relationship call it reality check red flags 101.
If you ask him why he can't A. B. c. & D. in a supposed 1year + relationship then you know he is just lifting you up to keep you with him like a trophy and has absolutely no intent to take it to the next level this goes for a Russian Boyfriend in U.S or another for that matter .
If you give an ultimatum after two years of his 'manipulative-gaslighting-disrespectful-manchild-unrequented-fake-relationship boyfriend' he claims you guys have just so he won't be alone.
He'll push back in defense cause he's been caught. My boyfriend every time I bring it up he pulls this. He'll make any excuse to say your the reason its not working and not hold his actions and behavior in check.
Refusing an ultimatum shows he never wanted a serious relationship and didn't want to commit to you in the long run, just keeping you around till he finds a "delusional better ideal woman to play house with" .
Stop trying to please him and treat him like your married, no ring no engagement in sight after two years move on.

Edit: our second anniversary is in two weeks and since I’ve posted this comment a lot of things have changed. We have a completely different relationship now, where he appreciates me for my femininity that I was casting aside before due to a lot of reasons. He treats me like an absolute princess and I love being protected and provided for. We have a really traditional relationship now and it works amazingly for us. I was so focused on this idea of equality that I wasn’t letting him be chivalrous for me how he was thought to be and naturally tends to act. Now I don’t even have a single worry when we go anywhere as I know he’s got it. I hadn’t felt this safe and happy since I was a little girl. We are just different and the ways we can take care of each other are different. We are planning to get married once he’s able to support us comfortably
This is pretty accurate, my boyfriend is russian and oh boy is he an alpha male. He’s extremely loyal and caring and protective all amazing things but I did have to fight a lot to get him to consider me his equal and not something he owns. He rarely jokes and is super determined, I can’t be irrational with him everything has to make sense and be improved. It also took a really long time for him to open up to me, sometimes being his girlfriend feels like a job! But he’s amazing and I’m really happy

It seems in Russia, most people are on the same page about what behaviors are expected between the two sexes. In the US, men and women are all over the place about what they expect in others and how to act around the opposite sex. Most people are indirect and try to imply how they feel while expecting the other person to be able to read various 'signals'. Love often becomes a stupid game of mind reading, figuring out what the other person expects, and figuring how to act in response to the other person's expectations

I am Czech, and I think Russian woman are just very beautiful and feminine. They are not cheap, have great taste, know how to behave, talk, are educated...I am very inspired by them. And when it comes to men, unfortunately it is true, when we talk in stereotypes. Not everyone is like that, of course, but generally yes it is true and I agree with you.

Well...what can I say...some western issues which are good in the west in Russia mean...weekness.
In the west you can let her make own decisions and that means that you trust her and give her freedom. In Russia that means weekness, that you are not manly enough to take responsibility and to make a decision for both.
In the West you call psychologist if you have problems in the family, technician - if you need to repair something, police - if you met hooligans or see something against the law. You often need "third side" to solve your problems. In Russia that seems you're too week, that you can't solve problems by yourself. Btw snitching in Russia is awful. If you have to fight - you should fight.

100%. I’m Russian and I’ve dated an American guy. Once we discussed an interesting topic, that there’s something cunning about Russian nature :) The qualities that Russians appreciate the most are courage and resourcefulness. We think that just a lil bit of cheating and ability to solve problems in unusual ways even if you have no skills or knowledge, is a better way to survive.
And when I dated him I’ve realized, that it’s engraved in Western people’s minds that they have to be “good“ for everyone, do what’s “right”, to follow the rules, to listen to recommendations from certain authorities. And it REALLY did seem like a sign of weakness to me, like he couldn’t have his own opinion and be more flexible and free sometimes.

@@TheLouisan Well, it's because people in the West can live...but cannot survive.
In Russia there is quite an opposite thing - we can't live, but have a great experience of surviving. Tatars, swedes, Napoleon, germans, our own nobles, that enslaved us for 2 centuries, bolsheviks, 90-s...
The westeners didn't have any experience of surviving.
Yes, they follow the rules, but these rules are the rules of LIVING.
When you survive, you have to make a decision by your own and there is no time to search a paragraph of the "rules" that matches the current situation.
From the other side, you have to be "good" in Russia too. If you don't behave like a "real man" or a "real woman", you look strange. I'e. if you are a man and you like sewing or if you are a woman and you hate cooking.

@AssixTV not always true. Chinese guys in Russia can take Russian girls easily, but Russian guys can not date Chinese girls there. It is because of the money issue. Chinese girls are realistically hagglers in terms of money and citizenship. What you describe might be possible in America, because the American mass media and Hollywood played a mean role in disgusting Asian man’s attractiveness.

Russian women seem to expect A LOT of courting/gifts. It's unusual in American society for a woman (of any backgrounds to expect it). If the Russian woman gets too demanding with the American man, she will scare him away. Perfect example, Anfissa from 90 Day Fiance.

American women have to learn how to have standards. The issue, like the girl in the video said, is America being full of easy women making it easy for men to get sex with minimal effort hence why men don't want relationships anymore. Once women learn to shut their legs and make men chase and seduce them again, they'll continue getting bare minimum 50/50 dates where the guy acts more like a friend than a potential husband.

If you don't like a guy you shouldn't keep dating him and wasting his time, and if you really like him you can tell him honestly that you're really attracted to him but you're not ready for sex, but you do like him, if he really likes you too he'll probably understand and wait. but in your case it sounds like you like attention and free dinners with guys you have no intention to be with even in the long term and that's dishonest, so don't be surprised when guys are confused or annoyed by your actions.

Somehow your channel appeared when l opened my UA-cam bookmark. Perhaps because l am already subscribed on three other Russian sites, all of them l love tremendously for their rich perspectives of life generally, and of life in Russia..
I am Polish and have also lived and studied in America, so l must begin by saying all Russians should take the deeply rooted anti-Russian statements from Washington with grave seriousness. It is my observation that Russophobia is deeply rooted throughout America and it would not matter who is in power in Moscow, the hostility by American rulers to your country would be the same. For myself, as a Pole l wish your people peace, good health, prosperity and happiness. Please do not be so hard on your country (as many of my fellow Polish are) but if you are unhappy with the government demand changes--peacefully. Women in Poland came so close to achieving rights for themselves and failed. They should have taken to the streets to achieve full equality for everyone, something that would have struck the hearts of all Polish. (Well, l have digressed, a problem of mine. One subject at a time.)
I would like to comment at greater length because you brought up very interesting comments and for the moment do not have time to answer every point. However, you did quote directly from your reading of how Americans relate to each other, from what source l have no idea, but it is my view that the article you quoted is absolutely true. The question is, how does this phenomenon effect American society, is it good or bad? My own conclusion is that it is a serious indication (or mirror) of the disintegration of America.
Intimacy is a highly evolved characteristic, a necessary trait for the establishment of social stability. It is actually biologically desirable that human relationships be monogamous, whether for life (soul mates who are strongly and happily attracted to each other because of their intimate compatibility across all dimensions of interests) or for shorter durations time periods (serial monogamy, mating that results from a couple "testing the waters", by living together for however long is needed to determine if they are compatible or not.)
And if not, a difficult break-up, but preferable if lifelong unhappiness is to be avoided. Then the ongoing struggle to find a true partner.
But Americans are, to borrow a word you used this video, Americans have no investment in creating a communal life, where people care about each other. People call each other "friends", but those relationships are as hollow and empty of meaning just as much their sexual encounters. In many cases they are also intoxicated "in bed" so what is the point? The coupling, if one could call it that, is utterly meaningless. I had one relationship with an American women and it taught me never again to trust, much less date an American. Not to attempt to befriend someone, because to have an American "friend" (male or female) was to open the door to constant disappointment. They are always happy on the surface, but mostly they are superficial and even selfish.
So to summarize, that quote was absolutely correct. My experience of America is that it is a soulless desert. One gigantic Las Vegas. It is in the end my opinion, no more or less. But it is based on my experience.
I will respond to your other points later, after watching the video again. You made very interesting comments.

My universal experience when befriended by Slavic peoples of any nationality is their kindheartedness and hospitality. We live in precarious times and unfortunately, the leadership of most Eastern/central European governments is run by a conspiracy of fools, detached from their publics and unhinged in their animus to neighbors. At the moment, it is the people of Ukraine, Russia and Poland who are suffering the most as a result of Western meddling in their affairs.

    • @walterzielinski6654

@@jesslishman It saddens me terribly to read that last sentence, but I understand where it comes from. My own younger countrymen are more anti-Polynizm than the people I met in a America a few decades ago. But why do we share the same predicament? It goes back to the disintegration of CCCP and every country among the former Sov satellite states welcoming Western 'input' into the liberalisation of their economies. Walesa last one 5 year term in office, enough to disable the economy. But Yeltsin [I believe] was improbably elected to a second term so that foreign finance could loot Russia's wealth and plunder its social welfare system, an indifferent, often drunk but significantly enriched President should be blamed as much as the Sov system that existed before.
If today we live in a time of intense torment, then it is not because we failed but because of the West. Think of it, the war in Ukraine is being fed by $40 billion of American weapons assistance being given directly to extreme right-wing militias, Zelensky, whatever his campaign promises, unable or unwilling to stop it. But he loves the media attention however, portrayed by Polish journalists as a heroic figure. 🙄 Honestly, I cannot persuade friends and relatives to look back to our country's rich history to consider what we as Poles could have achieved on our own without the help.of the EU.. I believe that is true for Russia as well, and every satellite state within Moscow's former orbit.
I am sorry for rambling on so long. Your reply was a welcome opportunity to ventilate my feelings. My sincere best wishes with your video channel endeavours and, as well, for a quick end to this tragic war.

This is why I want a conservative man, with biblical values and uses those values in how he treats others and his future wife. I am a conservative myself and yet whenever i go out or even when I go on social media, it’s all about sex and one night stands and getting recklessly drunk/high.
Like it’s so irritating to see what is being pushed on our generation and how it affects the way people here in America see relationships. I just want a loyal, faithful, Christian man who will respect me and love me and I will do the same for him. Because it’s not one sided. BOTH people in the relationship have to show their partner the same love they want to be given.
It’s just so hard to be able to trust people in today’s society. Everybody just cares about themselves and their own pleasures, and no one wants to make sacrifices for anything or anyone. No one wants to be responsible. It’s all about me, me, me.
      *sigh*

Ah I don't know why I'm just seeing this, but this is so accurate. I'm Russian/Lithuanian and I've been in relationships with both Russian and American men and Russian men are so incredibly alpha male. They're very giving and gift you a lot and can be so protective, but American men have a bit more respect and don't control you. My current long term boyfriend is mixed Islander/Spanish from Texas and he's significantly more respectful and kindhearted and given than any Russian man I've dated. I just feel like a lot of Russian men really fall into aggressive stereotypes and I can't stop being reminded of my father haha. It's nice that Russian men are super confident and it's very attractive, but my Texan is doing just fine with all that. Love this video and you!

      @alicetsvinev2776 3 роки тому +5

@@nios7700 personally, I don't really like the persistence. To a point it's okay but Russian men sometimes seem to forget about boundaries. (Though living in America I've actually found that American men are a bit worse on the respect level as compared to Russian men). Most Russian men I've met are insanely confident, but even if they're not super alpha, they're still confident. There's not much sensitivity and touchy feely topics in Russian culture like american culture, so boys grow up a bit more emasculated than here

I think American men don't chase women like Russian men because it wouldn't work & it would likely backfire.
Also, many American women are offended if you offer to buy them things. A few days ago a woman refused to let me buy or even split the cost of a plan b after we had sex. I've come across that a few times now.
This video was very interesting, I was expecting sex to be more liberal in Russia because of how much people say the US is weird about sex.

As an Italian myself I really see my person and all the guys I know in the Russian's traits... To me, the new America culture is weird and hypocrite: a few months ago I dated and American girl in Rome, she was talking about toxic masculinity and so on... Sister, putting nail polish on my fingers doesn't scream "My sexuality is confident"... I am what I am, I don't need to show the world my tastes. Two hours later she was staring at me, drooling on my elegant outfit and classic Italian manners... Make up your mind lady ahahah

Also, there’s a word for the girl you were describing. It’s called acting “woke”. Which is sadly a popular thing here in America. (ESPECIALLY on social media and with rich company advertisements)
Basically it’s virtue-signaling, but not really caring enough to do anything other than “talk” and complain about whatever they think is a pRobleM.
For example, “toxic masculinity” and the two faced, hypocritical reaction you got from that girl.
