By the end of the course, they were helping each other, sharing study tips, and even organizing language exchange meetups outside of class. It's beautiful to see how the challenge of learning a new language can break down cultural barriers and foster genuine friendships. In my 15 years of teaching, I've seen countless examples of this phenomenon, and it never fails to inspire me.
It reminds me of my exchange year in Moscow. My host babushka didn't speak English, and my Russian was terrible at first. But we bonded over cooking together.
That doesn't make the country bad, but the government. For example, Canada has good people, beautiful land, but the TRUDEAU GOVERNMENT SUCKS.
We need to think more broadly. The government is just lobbyists of financial elites. The enemy of any country is the owners of large private property. The woman @ 2:15 has my heart for all eternity! Regardless of immaculate beauty, her honesty, innocence, and vulnerability remind me of how much we are all connected, and we have to care about our brothers and sisters around the world when outside factors try to influence our decisions/opinions/positions!
I am a classic USA Texan in upbringing (thankfully not Texan in political/societal beliefs...), and I've been very lucky as a musician to visit almost every continent because of my job for the government!
I have been to many countries that my peers know nothing about, besides propaganda or rumors, and met some of the most amazing people I could have ever imagined! I wish that everyone on earth could have the experience of being in an unknown place and being concerned only to learn that we are all alike, and when we are face to face with real people there is no hate or fear, only hope and good intentions!

Most older people are actually mature enough and have gained enough information to know the reality of which countries are cruel in terms of foreign policy. On the other hand, the younger generation is less active and less interested in examining foreign policy.
true bro
So the young generation it’s right on it, when they get power it might be more peace.
They are also permeated with a Soviet and further Russian propaganda. The maturity is not a sign of any political awareness or whatever. They are in fact much easier electorate to manipulate than youngsters
You are either Russian propaganda or do not understand a thing. Old generation went through a Soviet propaganda machine. I have my parents that went through that. My father is actually reasonable enough to understand that it all was a bullshit, but many of the kids of that time believed everything they were told at school. Even after school programmes were targeted against the West. They need this cause they can blame the West for everything bad that happens to them. Now this is happening too, but because the world is so global, the younger generation can access more information around the world and not just believe what they are told in schools or TV propaganda.
Disliking a cruel country for it's foreign policy while you are invading the 3rd largest country in Europe is hilarious
- It’s encouraging to see the young citizens with positive attitudes and not tainted with empty hatred.
