- In todays video i begin the job of rebuilding my starlet rear calipers, a job that i have put off for far too long. As usual it didn't go as smoothly as planned, the pistons were seized and even with 8 bar air pressure they wouldn't budge. But nothing 12 cans of WD40 and and some persistence couldn't overcome. Once the pistons were out it was very simple to disassemble the rest of the caliper.
On a side quest today i also fitted spark plugs, thermostat and rotor arm to the 4efte engine.
This is part 1, part 2 will come later this wee where we will see freshly rebuilt and freshly painted calipers.

Good idea getting the stuff zinc coated I wish I had thought of this mine are starting to rust already 😂

Thanks man, i set the bolts out as soon as i got the rear axel, probably about 8 months ago now, i didnt think it would take this long to get around to it haha. No problem, looking forward to some Laurel content

How do u wire up the quad lights im guessing they have a different lume to the standard ep80 headlights
I havnt got that far as of yet, I’m planning on just getting my existing loom in place and see what I’m missing and then adding to my own loom to make it all work. I will keep you posted as to how it goes 😅
