    Mike, this video was very, very helpful and informative. I hope you make more vids like this one soon. And perhaps make a vlog implying the BLS exercises from your book (5, 4, 3 day) and full day of eating. This would be awesome!

    I like hearing about the economics of supplements. Interesting. I figured the margins were low in that business since a lot of it has been commoditized.
