Ryan trying to hide himself from getting a rose from Michael is hilarious
ZZ😟😢
He should’ve given Oscar a rose 😂
Yes it is 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@Snipey1904 Oscar was outted in Season 3. So Michael wouldn't of known just yet. If he had known, Michael 💯 would of given Oscar a rose...because that's so Michael! 😄

I cannot believe we're still seeing so many deleted scenes after so many yearss
You could just buy the DVDs….
Or watch the episodes with the deleted scenes edited in.
I've seen all of these
@@Chrisko1492 “buy the dvds” you are forgetting, dear youtube user, that we are poor
Brrrr Brrrrr... Was awesome 😂
They could have pushed it in somewhere
@@Chrisko1492 are u offering to buy?
The police line prank bit was good in so many levels like Dwight really believing something had happened, Jim basically confessing it was a prank, and then Dwight having to choose between breaking the law by crossing the line or answering the sheriff which was a big deal. Perfect prank!
The show was still trying to be realistic when this was deleted. On later seasons this would be accepted for sure.
@@feliperagonha Right. I wish they had re shot it later then 😆
other deleted scenes were little worse compared to released but police tape was indeed much better
Nah
Well, it would also fit pretty well in line considering the episode previously involved Dwight "retiring" from the volunteer sheriff's department
It never gets old when Michael says he is going to New York while Dwight gives him his passport. 😂😂
😆, I never noticed that! Every time I watch this show I find new details I missed. The coolest one recently was noticing the clown painting crucial to the structural integrity of the house Jim bought from his mother at the office yard sale in the warehouse a few seasons later.
I mean like yeah he probably could have just used his drivers license back then, but a passport is still a pretty normal ID to show at the airport, even for domestic flights. Since 2020, many drivers licenses haven't even been valid airport identification, so nowadays it's super common to bring your passport, but back then it would have been a bit normal to use his license.
@@procrastination2204 i doubt he was flying, but its possible i guess
@@procrastination2204 I don't think you understood that New York is a reasonable *drive* from Scranton. Michael 100% drove. It's implied in every episode of them visiting NY that they *drive* That's why the passport joke is funny because its so dramatic
As far as we’re led to believe, they always drove to NY on this show.
I like when Phyllis says to Pam "nice stationery" concerning the wedding invitation knowing that she later uses the exact same design 😆
Michael not knowing about 'vibrate' and going 'Brrrrghhhh bghhhhhhhhh brghhhhhhhhh' is best!😂
That was amazing and to top it off Pam wiping spit off her face lol
They should have included it. 😂
but that scene was in the show, right?
@@patricija3908 I thought so too.
Nope
The deleted beginning for conflict resolution should has stayed there. The ringtone one was also great.
SUPRISE! I am the funniest YTer evah!!!! Just kidding, it was no surprise. Everybody knew already. HAHAHHAHA!!!! That was an amazing joke (it was real talk though). WAWAWAWAWA!!!! Good afternoon, dear beq

@@AxxLAfriku Scammer and/or a bot
Yeah!
The one that made it in there played on the Pam/Jim romantic dilemma, which was all the rage at the time and probably the tipping point to get it on air.
As much as these deleted cold opens are absolutely hilarious, you can tell the show writers were being very deliberate in the older seasons with using every spare minute to contribute to plot and character development. I think they made the right choice, but I’m glad we get to see these ideas after all these years.
I recommend watching the superfan episodes after you finish the office (if you haven’t yet) it has all the deleted scenes
Ur so right it became so obvious

The deleted Valentine’s Day cold open was honestly way funnier then one that aired all because of Ryan’s reaction.
the women in the workplace scene reminds me of how much I LOVED jan in the earlier seasons before she started to sort of spiral mentally. she was such a girlboss
I like her way more with the highly intelligent but chaotic persona. She sucked as a district manager from what we see the first time all four of her site managers come meet David Wallace in Albany. There's a deleted scene showing she was trying to get with her most competent manager (until he found out she kissed Michael, lol, and lost all interest in her over it). She kept "Craiggers" in his position even when he didn't follow instructions to downsize by the required # of positions, then failed to ensure all 4 of her managers came to the big meeting w Wallace with a branch presentation. Then she hooked up with Michael, another of her small number of direct reports, and proceeded to absolutely abuse her power as his manager for their rest of their professional lives. She fucks the teenage corporate office intern, taking his virginity and possibly getting pregnant. She overtly crushed a Union. It goes on and on.
The only things she ever really did as a district manager that I can respect was 1) give Pam that info on art school and encourage her to stop limiting herself while offering to have corporate sponsor her studies and 2) encourage Jim to work his way up in the company. Is there anything else you can think of?
Totally agree!
You should watch the take's theory on her downfall, it's pretty good
Yeah. That was before she dated Michael Scott and collapsed in on herself like a dying star.
Yeah she was my favorite character 😢 until she got the b oob job... for Michael 🤦
5:41 Ryan's reaction is exactly what I expected lol
I love how michael says platonically after getting to meredith
he doesn’t kiss her hand.
Ryan hiding his face as Michael walks by with the rose 😂
The "me so thorny" joke sent me 😂
They can launch a parallel Office series with the deleted scenes and it would equally rock
Peacock has that! The Superfan episodes!
Every one of these deleted scenes is still so funnier than other sitcoms.
nah
@@darnarxz the office never needed a laugh track to make it watchable
Sitcoms funnier than The Office:
Seinfeld
Barney Miller
Night Court
ALF
The Golden Girls
@zwei4815 your opinion is valid but there’s no way you’re under the age of 40
@@sebastiancoronado5705 I grew up with boomer parents, we only watched boomer television for the most part.
Ryan hiding from Michael in Valentine's day is a gem and shouldn't be deleted
Ah man the prank on Dwight with the police tape is so much better than the actual one about the wedding invitation. I like it when the cold open has nothing to do with the story for some reason
Valentine's Day one was especially funny lmao. The way Ryan hides to not get that rose makes me remember a specific day
" what is more important than quality "
EQUALITY
What a cool perspective and they were right everytime but I do love “ me so thorny “
That and Ryan trying to hide/cover his face was pretty good too 😅
I love that Michael always offers to bring back things from his trips for pam 8:05
Ik its always awkward when Michael implies that they were his kids. But tbf, he always treated Pam better than the others. Ik he always was awkward around her in the first 2 seasons (he still tried to treat her higher than the others) around her, but after the end of season 2 he really just treats her as a family member. He also cries and Jim and Pams wedding and straight after that episode tries to make a new jim and pam (which to me shows that he realised it would no longer be the 3 of them, and instead he would be much less important to them now, which i also think is why he tried to be REALLY involved with their daughter when Pam was giving birth, so that he could be involved again.) So yeah, I think its meant to be implied throughout the show that Michael loved Jim and Pam the most of everyone. But Dwight also held a special place in his heart as his "clumsy" (
I really wish they kept the lighting style from season 2 with the later seasons. Seasons 5-7 were lit more cinematically, but it doesn't feel as authentic as season 2's lighting. They kinda brought it back with season 9, but it still felt less grounded.
I hadn’t noticed this!
omg i never heard anyone else talk about this but i completely agree! seasons 1 and 2 just had a specific ambience to them that the later seasons don't. i wish they had kept it for longer
No. This is false. Poor. No budget. Not u till booze cruise did they know they had secure jobs. Successful season 2. High budget. Not in poor budget.
@@fallingcloud1 Why say lot words when few words do trick?
5:36 lmao Kevin's face after Michael says he loves Angela
4:52 - Meredith uses the same cup later in the show to have a mid-day drink. Deleted scenes show things weren't randomly placed!
you can actually see she is using the same cup on the actual cold open of the episode
@@IAle-wn2xu oh yes! Sneaky peek when Phyllis' flowers arrive
The deleted Valentine's Day resolution is hilarious.
I’ve watched these deleted scenes so often that I am surprised they weren’t in the actual show.
Lmaoo same lol. I even remember seeing the Dwight yellow tape in an episode, yet i dont remember seeing the open where Pam doesnt five Angela a wedding invitation 😂😂
I’ve watched so many deleted scenes, the bootleg edits where the deleted scenes were edited back in (now-defunct), Superfans cut, and of course the original seasons-where I’ve been conflating which scenes are deleted and which scenes were originally aired.
Also I hear the originally aired cut is different from the one we have on streaming.
Pretty sure they were all in. I recognize all of them. Maybe the producers just forgot they put them in lol
Is it just me or does Michael really gets funnier in every re-watch?
When Dwight asks if he wants him to come with and michael says “no the opposite of that” I lost it 😂
Frrrr man😂😂
Just you. That's why this series has just you as a fan. 🙄🤌
If you'll try binge watching all seasons deleted scenes only you might feel like you're slowly going insane.
You know The Office is legendary when it’s deleted scenes are better than anything else on TV
Hmm
I can’t believe how much footage we haven’t seen!
I love Dwight always coming in to ruin Michael's moments. Actually, Roses represent death. 😂🤣
This show needs to be sent into space to represent the human race
I love you Meredith this is all platonically of course 💀💀
I couldnt help laugh seeing Ryan hide behind a file folder on that deleted valentine's day cold open
The deleted Conflict Resolution was a lot better than the one they went with imo.
Ryan hiding himself from getting a rose is such a hilarious and clever piece of writing!
I would had written the script when Michael has one last rose to give all the women in the office he looks around and finally gives it to Oscar. Oscar says in his disapproving voice, “Really Michael???”
no
Well, he is one of Michael's ex-lovers... As defined by Michael, anyway 😋.
@@CB-qu4tb this chronologically was before Oscar was outed
@@selenophile-308 fair point
This was season 2 BEFORE gay witch hunt
But that would have been great
I remember finding a small group of people online who refuse to watch the series finale so that they can “always have more office they haven’t seen yet” and now look at everything new coming out haha
Dwight in the early seasons was unreal 😂😂😂😂
Jim’s friends thought he was making Dwight up. But he’s very real.
5:41 Ryan lmao
You guys remember that Ryan started the fire, right?
the fire guy!🤣
The fire-d guy XD
Dwight avoiding the rose is gold
The deleted Valentines Opening is epic. 😂
The fan episodes on peacock are like watching a whole new show. So many new scenes. I can’t get enough!
I agree SiaLater. Being an Office fan without Peacock, is like eating dry pancakes without butter and syrup. 😆 It's amazing how many options they give you to watch the show (including deleted scenes, the regular version, the super fan version, etc, etc, etc...) Hit one button and every single episode is available in your personal file to watch whenever you feel like it. Kudos to Peacock!
And this is why buying the DVDs is essential for the true fan. BUY THEM, FOLKS. I've been watching these deleted scenes for over a decade.
I can't afford them with today's gas prices on the rise. Sorry.
Do they still have cast commentaries on the later seasons? My season one DVD has cast and crew commentaries and they are gold.
They released the show on Blu-Ray now, too!
@@DoctorSkillz You can run across them at Goodwill every now and then. It's where most of my DVDs come from.
@@ktj4691 Solid advice. 👍
Ryan hiding his face so Michael doesn’t give him a rose for Valentine’s is incredible 😅
I understand why the deleted ones were deleted in favor of the actual ones. The deleted ones don’t tell as much about the characters or move the story along as the ones that made the cut. Even if some of them are funnier, it makes sense why they weren’t chosen in the end!
Michael: "what's better than quality? Equality"
Hollywood: "write that down! Write that down!"
This show has deleted scenes that make me laugh even harder than original since I crave new stuff from this epic show and appreciate any scrap but these deleted are as good as original scenes. I love that on many pranks by Jim, Pam is involved and often the catalyst!
Imagine how different the show would be if they kept the deleted cold opens 🤔
Then the original would be the deleted scene and how different would the show be if the original were deleated and the deleated were the original, the cycle never ends
Not much, really. That's the point of cold opens.
@@tdrjr9347 Likely not. I've heard that if they didn't like a cold opening, they just made the next part of the episode the cold opening. Most of these real cold openings have important story stuff for later in the episode, while the scrapped ones don't.
Just watch the superfan episodes. It has all the deleted scenes
@@JayGiverx Where can I watch them?
