*** My UV Lamp is a 72W one from eBay. I recommend getting a UV lamp that is 42W or higher for best results.

ran across this----very good tutorial. Where did you get your decals from for the stapler and pen?
If you google "teacher pencil monogram svg" and "crayola svg" there are heaps of choices from etsy and other sites 😊 I can't remember where I found the pencil I used sorry but the pen is an etsy file

How does your uv light penetrate an entire layer of glitter???

what did you seal the decal with? You have motivated me to try this! thank you for all the little details you gave. I'm just confused what to seal prints with. When I do print something it always smears.
I use a clear spray paint (rustoleum 2x) as I have an inkjet printer. If you have a laser you dont need to seal 🙂
@Panda Creates! Tutorials thank you! Sorry so you just spray it on? How long should you let it sit? Then you cut it out yourself? I'm also wondering because I wanna make a few stickers but it keeps smearing!🥺
If its clear sticker paper you just print, spray seal a light coat, wait 10 minutes, spray another light coat, and once that's dry you can cut around your design and apply.
If it is white sticker paper or waterslide, you will need to treat it as a print and cut project through your software (design space, silhouette studio etc) and spray seal between the printing and the cutting.

Did you have to sand anything at all? How do you make sure the glitter is smooth?
Fine glitter is usually more cooperative, the scissors I ended up sanding and putting one more coat on but otherwise it was all fine. Chunky glitter or mixes would need more work though.
also I dont have waterslide decal right now. could i use clear sticker paper?
Definitely can! Just remember to seal if you have an inkjet printer
What scissors did you use?
Can you use regular epoxy instead uv? I don't have a uv light.
Yes you sure can! I recommend using ccdiy quick coat (if youre american) or jo sonjas gloss varnish (if youre aussie) and once dry do a couple of layers of epoxy using thin coats like a hang method.
The other alternative is to buy the attachment for the stapler for a turner and doing it that way. There are quite a few american companies making them now 😊
Just FYI, I sometimes sit my UV Resin pieces out in the sun for 20-30 mins to cure.
I do that on occasion with bulk keychains but its winter down here now 😭
Would using outdoor modpodge be best?
I used resin as a finish on these, but mod podge would also work (just dulls the sparkle). I'd recommend 3-4 coats to make sure it doesnt flake with regular use

did you paint then glitter the paint?
I applied the glitter to uv resin before curing but you definitely can apply to wet spray paint 😊
