Brad, for years I have come back to your videos. At times throughout my life I have had quite severe anxiety/panic disorders and your videos have helped me tremendously. I started a new job a couple of weeks ago and the imposter syndrome has made me want to quit but doing this video each morning has helped clear those feelings of inadequacy and fear and enabled me to just get on with the job. I wanted to let you know what a blessing you have been in my life, I am eternally grateful to you for sharing such a wide variety of videos that can enable us to be the best version of ourselves in difficult times. It's truly a gift and it's about time I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just started working as a kinesiologist and myofascial release practitioner and posted on Facebook about feeling like a fraud and my friend sent me this video. I clicked on it right away and started following along and immediately started crying. Then laughing. Then crying again. Then took the deep breath. Normally that's a good sign so we'll see how I feel in the next week. Thank you so much for sharing this for free! You are a fantastic person!

I love this! I didn't realise how applicable and important it would be to me... but I'm grateful that my tapping journey led me here🙏

This is interesting, and you can develop imposter syndrome through narcisstic abuse.
