Garden Island Hot Chocolate

This vegan hot chocolate recipe is a souvenir I brought back from a trip to the island of Kauai. We took a Garden Island Chocolate farm tour and this is one of the things they gave us to taste. I had to share the recipe, especially because it's so cold right now!

I know how you feel, I really struggle too! Especially this week - had the worst case of flu in the last 5 days, so no videos for me for this week i think! :/ :P
